Ordered two pizzas online. There is always an option to pay online but today there wasn’t. Papa Murphy’s sends a text sometimes when they have a promo and I usually will go for it because we love the pizza, but today it said free cookie dough with purchase of a pizza. So got our normal stuffed pizzas and ordered online. They didn’t give me the option to pay in store and had to enter a card...ok that’s fine. But when I asked about the free cookie dough, the lady who I can assume is the manager said “ you have to buy a pizza to get the cookie dough”. I said “well I did....” she said “ no you got these for free”. I said no, it should say I don’t owe anything because I paid online and didn’t have the option to pay in store.” She said, well it says $0.00 and you got these for free so you have to pay for a pizza to get the cookie dough”. Let's face it, with the recent legalization of recreational Marijuana in the great state of Missouri, the options for good quality comfort munchy food with a diversity of flavors to stimulate a stoned pallette are all receiving a bit more scrutiny. 755 pm walked in to place order. Girl came from behind the counter pushing mob and mop bucket and said sorry we are closed. I'm 62 yrs old and worked in fast food for 10 hrs when I turned 16 yrs old. We never turned anyone away until the clocked said 8,9,10 whatever was closing time!! I'm very disappointed in this generation!! They do not want to nor do they know how to work for a living!!! Papa Murphy's was my first go to place for pizza but after this experience I will not go or recommend you!! Sorry...
