Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lebanon

This Taco Bell says the drive-thru is open from 8am to 2am. I put in an order with the app, showed up, parking lot was empty, and nobody answered the speaker. I pulled up to the window, honked my horn, and nobody answered. I called the phone number, a lady answered and said they were closed until 11am. I said that Google shows they are open from 8am to 2am and I already put in a mobile app order, and paid for it. The lady I'm talking to on the phone comes to the window and tries to tell me that they have nothing to complete my order then randomly says it would be 5 or 10 minutes and asked me to pull to the front of the building. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because she eventually brought out my food after about 10 minutes. This new Lebanon franchise will not be in business long if this remains their default...

Absolutely awful. Its taco bell so the food is good by default, but that doesn’t matter because half the time you dont even get the food you ordered. I ordered a cantina chicken burrito, 1 cheesy roll up, and 3 crunchy tacos with no lettuce add rice. I got the burrito just fine, I got three cheesy roll ups instead of one which im not complaining about, but I got three crunchy tacos with JUST rice and cheese. No meat!! Its not even a taco at this point, its literally just cheese and rice in a taco shell. Honestly though, its my fault for ordering here because this is not even close to the first time this taco bell has messed up my order. If you want the food you ordered, do NOT come to...

Wife was craving a taco, and they fixed that 🤢 We been here a couple of times and it's the same as before. Just trash, the 🌮 taco's smell stale. The people here are lazy. It's a new location and it's always dirty. I ordered a quesadilla and they couldn't even cut into slices. One time I came here and everyone was outside in their vehicles smoking cigarettes. Then went in and the tables and floor are dirty. They somehow always screw up the order and forget something. We end throwing money in the trash coming here. Save your money and keep trucking...
