Wendy's — Restaurant in Lebanon

I generally love the way that the food is prepared here at this particular Wendy's however my most recent experience has definitely demoted. Not because of food but because of the drive-thru experience. I figured fast food because I was not in an absolutely insane hurry but I would had somewhere to be approximately 45 minutes later than when we pulled into the drive thru. Cars were about three-quarters of the way around the building which is fine however the rate of speed at which the line was moving is incredibly slow. After almost 15 minutes in the line and only moving about two cars Paces forward, I ended up ditching the line and going across the street to Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A had three times the amount of vehicles if not more in their line and managed to get me through the entire drive-thru and a time frame of about six or seven minutes. I have taken into regard that there may be staffing issues amongst other things but it was just very much well worth noting that despite the fact that I did have quite an astronomical gap of time that I allotted for the trip to get dinner, I still had to abort eating at this establishment due to the amount of time that fast food was...

ARG! Sunday afternoon about 3pm 6-8-2025. We pulled off I-40 to grab a Frosty and fries. We pulled into the drive through, we waited. I watched 2 others pull out of line and drive off. We spent about 30 minutes from the time we pulled in until we pulled out of the drive through. When I made it to the order speaker, it was an AI Bot that greated me in a male voice suggesting an offer, I thought it was the worker inside, then a female voice asked if she could take my order. I felt uncomfortable and weirded out. I want to stress I dispose the AI voice greeting. I ordered 2 large chocolate frosties and a no-sale fry. Then we waited and waited and waited and waited. I told my wife I hope they did not make the frosties and have left them on the counter. Well when we got handed our frosties guess what? Yep top was very melted. On 3/30/2019 I went Through the drive-through window and ordered my husband a hamburger meal and myself 4 chicken tenders. First thing they didn’t give us the drink that come with the meal . They was laughing and playing around. Then when we got home about 5 minutes from home . I open the box with the chicken tenders and only had 3 and 3 nuggets lol . Then my husband took a bit of his burger and it was terrible. I proceeded to eat my chicken tenders after having to first stop and call them about the order. The food was really terrible. If it wasn’t bad out side I would have went back . The worst meal ever from Wendy’s and their wasn’t even a line . Y’all really need to get it together.
