I don't want to be mean but here is MY TRUTH from visiting the restaurant on 6/29/2025.

We waited for months for this restaurant to open because we were so excited to try it with it being an "Iron Chef's" restaurant.

First of all, when the waitress came to our table, the first thing she said was: "We are out of a lot of things, so I need to tell you what we don't have before you order" (She was VERY nice and helpful).

We ordered 7 items.

Sake - Maybe 3-4 oz. $18. Barely, barely warm. Took 15+ minutes to get it as they didn't have any that was already hot. Seriously? Saki in a top rated Japanese restaurant and they have no hot Saki???

Dumplings appetizer - Served with no dipping sauce, they told us to use soy sauce. Seriously? Who serves dumplings with NO dipping sauce???

Gyoza appetizer - Was served "unintentionally" cold. Seriously? Cold???

Ribs appetizer - Only 2 of them for like $14 - Excellent taste - Very fatty and very little meat.

Karaage appetizer - Japanese Fried chicken - Skin on and Fatty thighs - Couldn't eat.

Pepsi - That's a hard one to mess up.

White rice - That's hard to mess up too.

Out waitress apologized profusely.

The PETTY managers removed everything from the bill except for the Pepsi and white rice.

I have owned businesses for over 50 years and what I have learned is that it's not IF you have a problem with a customer, because ALL businesses do, but it's about HOW you fix the problems when they arise, and the way TWO managers at this restaurant were so petty that they charged us for a Pepsi and white rice after messing up EVERYTHING else, that was just plain...

My family and I came here for my brothers birthday party last weekend and was amazing!!!!! Not expecting much from a casino restaurant; average food, mediocre service and high prices, I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed. Everything was perfect from the food to the service. I’m not very adventurous when it comes to eating but my brother, a big sushi lover has been wanting to come here since they opened. Everything definitely exceeded my expectations. Our food came out very quick for a Sunday evening and everything was hot and just how we ordered. On top of great food the service was equally amazing and a big reason I will return. Our server Jessy was very friendly and personable and even asked me if I was allergic to anything which is very important and impressive as I do have an allergy. She recommended the Japanese style fried chicken and pork gyoza which definitely didn’t disappoint. Only downside is I wish the tables were a little further apart from each other but it’s expected at a casino environment. The chef I think his name was Joe even stopped by the table and asked how everything was which was very nice surprise. That definitely doesn’t happen to often especially on a busy Sunday night. Overall a great night and definitely recommend you try...

I was a bit skeptical at first after seeing so many negative reviews, but I still wanted to try it out for myself. And wow, I'm so glad I did! We went when it wasn't crowded and got seated right away. I ordered the Spicy Dandan Noodles and the Peking Duck. Both dishes came out in under ten minutes! The flavors were fantastic. The noodles might be a tad too firm for some people's liking, but I personally loved the texture. The duck was absolutely delicious and authentic. Here's a pro tip:Before you assemble your duck wrap, warm the pancake on that sizzling stone slab first – it makes it nice and puffy. You can even give the duck a quick reheat too. Trust me on this! Then, just pile on the fixings and sauce, wrap it all up, and you've got yourself an incredibly tasty duck wrap! Shoutout to our server too – super friendly and attentive, always refilling our water glasses before they were even half empty. The ambiance was really comfortable as well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Don't let the bad reviews scare you off!Ultimately, taste in food is so personal – what one person loves, another might not.So if you get the chance, definitely give it a shot and go see...

When we sat down, we were not given water at all. After requesting some, it took a while for it to come out, and the waiter had only given us two waters and was about to take away the other two despite currently being at our table with it. The restaurant was hardly crowded at all, since we went midday. The food, took also a while to come out. Our appetizers didn’t come out until right before the main courses, thus having a table full of food. It wasn’t all that pleasant— often one ingredient would over power the rest such as the mayo in the tuna pizza, or the cilantro in the third picture below. There was a lot of sauce on our aburi salmon roll. the tan-tan ramen was alright. Even with the spicy tuna roll tasting just a bit funny, I would say that and the duck taco were the best in our meal, despite being lackluster. As you can see, presentation was amazing but severely lacked in taste compared to other ramen and sushi high-end restaurants. Anything that was supposed to be served hot, was served lukewarm. We all were fans of Morimoto’s restaurant back when it was open in New York, and came here to try his craft once again. Nevertheless we were a bit disappointed.

Ordered: Spicy Dan Dan noodles, duck tacos, Tokyo ramen, a sushi roll, and their mango pavlova. The food was excellent. I can’t recall the sushi roll name but it was very good. Sushi quality was great and everything was delicious. However my complaint was with how slow food came out. We ordered ramen and spicy Dan Dan noodles first bc kids were hungry while we looked at the menu a bit more. Those came out totally fine. We then soon added to our order but it took over 45 min for the duck tacos to come. We ended up taking it to go. The server forgot to put in dessert but it took at least another 30 min to wait for our mango pavlova. I was really disappointed on how long an appetizer took to arrive and how long we had to wait for dessert. It seems atypical and a kitchen? issue but with kids I am hesitant to go again even though I want to try everything on the menu. Maybe I’ll order to go ahead of time.
