I was so extremely impressed with the services I received for a recent ultrasound and bone density test. The environment is so pleasant and inviting. The staff, technicians, ultasonogropher and bone density professionl were all just that. Pleasant, knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr.Lizer explained everything so well and was also extremely knowledgeable, personable and understanding. There was virtually no wait time and I was addressed and my needs met promptly and with a kind and caring manner. The front desk clerk met with a smile and a good morning and was helpful in getting me checked in without a mass of paperwork insurance run around. Very proficient at making the check in hassle free. I am in awe at how beautiful the enviroent is right down to the changing facilitues And warm robes.. Dr. Lizer met with me immediately to explain findings as well as the the bone density professional. I felt very cared for and that I mattered. So hard to find that these days.. Communication between myself, my gyn and pcp were instantaneous wirh results already reviewed and my responses and follow-up have already been reviwed and deternined . I feel extremely happy with having care provided by such amazing people. Thank you for all your care and professionalism and knowledge of my personal needs. Also the leg work was done by staff timely and freeing me up from phone calls and follow-up up that would have made this process move so much slower. I cannot express in words how grateful I am to have found this center. The entire team excels in kindness and compassionate patient care from start to finish. Every person on staff is extremely professional, considerate, and empathetic starting from your very first phone call into the office. Their follow up protocol is expedient and informative while still incorporating human emotion and understanding.

I have never met a better medical advocate than Dr. Lizer. Not only has she built a warm and friendly practice, but her care far exceeds any expectation of patient care I could have imagined. I recently went to Breast Center of New England for my annual screening mammogram. Making an appointment was easy and I didn't have the usual months-long wait to get in that was typical of the local hospital. They offer heated or room-temperature gowns - they obviously care about making patients feel comfortable. The technicians are courteous and professional, and I was able to book next year's appointment before leaving. The most comforting part for me personally was being able to meet with Dr. Lizer to review my results ten minutes after getting my mammogram. It was great to have the assurance that everything was normal instead of having to wait for a letter in the mail or worry about whether I'd receive a bad news phone call.
