Bayou Nola — Restaurant in Leesburg

Not t a good representation of Cajun culture at all ! I was very disappointed eating here .I’m from Louisiana and was looking forward to eating here and getting a taste of home . The food was made completely wrong . The gumbo was the only thing that was made right and it was ok . No southern hospitality, the workers aren’t from there either they had no idea what I was talking about when I said where I was from which is a major city in the state that anyone from there would know . They weren’t very friendly and came across as rude . I feel like a bunch of people just got together and just googled Cajun cuisine and took a shot at it . At least that’s how it felt...

The hours of operation aren't listed. I drove 30 mins last week on a Tuesday and The Garage was open, but Bayou Nola is closed on Tuesdays. Not only is that a completely random day to be closed but the main restaurant is open but you aren't? That makes no sense. Today I saw them on Doordash and got so excited!
