Go to McDonald's every single day. As soon as I walk in the store I can tell what kind of service I'm going to get. 90% of the time it's not good. Everyone is so focused on drive-through the ignore most of the people at the counter. I went in to get a cup of coffee and a cinnamon bun. Went into the bathroom to wash my hand when I came out they dropped the cinnamon roll on the counter with no utensils no bag no napkins. Stood there for five minute minimum that one word being said to me since I had ordered. Still no coffee. Ask someone where my coffee was. Looks like a manager said it's Brewing. Another 3 to 5 minutes went by before anybody thought about looking to make my coffee. Put my coffee on the counter not another word we said to me Boston. Ask him to reheat the cinnamon bun in summer. Someone else that wasn't helping me turned around and said it's fresh. I said that's fine but it's cold now. Proceeded to heat it up for the back dropped it on the counter I said can I have a bag and some napkins. I said it would have been nice if somebody told me I was going to wait 12 to 15 minutes for a cup of coffee and one of the drive to Baggers turned around and started to argue with me that it wasn't 15 minutes. Never got an apology just a loud exit just about yelling at me have a nice day. I'm still going to keep going to McDonald's. It's just a shame how terrible customer...
Read moreWorst customer service ever and served disgusting food. I will never get food from here again! I got a salad that had a white gooey slime all over the lettuce. The chicken was cold. I got it for my only food for the day on my way to work. When I called about it I was told unless I brought the salad back there wasn't anything that could be done. I explained that I was at work and could not. I was asked what I wanted them to do. I said I wanted a refund to my credit card. I was then told if I brought my receipt in they would refund it. The person got rude with me and I asked to speak with a manager. I could hear the two talking rudely in the background. I explained that I couldn't since I was at work and didn't live here. I was told unless I brought the receipt there was nothing they could do. I asked to at least get something for the inconvenience and since I had nothing to eat now tonight. I was harshly told they needed the receipt to give me a refund and they are offering that. Then I was hung up on by the manager. I was never even offered an apology. Better inspect your food well before eating it!!! I was contacted by the manager and she said she would send a gift card for the amount in the mail. It never arrived and I never heard back...
Read moreThis McDonald's is NOT customer friendly. At least not to indoor customers. I think it is a management rather than a staff situation. The senior coffee which used to be $.54 or so is now $1.07. I asked why and was told that they had done away with the Senior Coffee and now only offered the small coffee. The music is quite loud and when asked by many to turn it down so we could talk, we were refused by the staff telling us they did not know how to turn it down or could not because it was "locked up." The ketchup and mustard station stinks. The floor beneath it looks as if it has not really been scrubbed in a long, long time. I will say that the line staff are friendly. I actually heard a staff person tell one of the regular morning customers (and there are usually 10 - 15 between 5:30 and 7 a.m.) that the owner was only interested in the drive-up trade. So, I have stopped using that McDonalds and have taken my business next door to Bojangles where the coffee is $.54, the place is quiet (no taped music) and very clean.
