Spare the expense and drive the extra to another location. New to this area, and work in construction. Took my 14 year old daughter here to shop. Location is rather small considering Iāve shopped in several locations around the US. We go to wait for a dressing room⦠thereās a line down the middle of almost half the store⦠itās busy. We wait in line for 20 minutes and they have roughly 4-5 curtained dressing rooms I believe on either side, we were only on the left of the dressing room. We get a room and I go in and wait for my daughter to come so she can try on clothes. I bring her in to start trying on clothes, and this younger lady worker, with the nastiest, aggressive manner says we canāt be in the same dressing room. And Iām like, what? She says we donāt allow it. So Iām like ok⦠I go out of the dressing room and am leaning against the wall right across, roughly 4-5 feet away.. and the same girl tells me I canāt stand there? Iām like what? She says itās a fire hazard. Iām like youāve got to be kidding⦠I ask her how am I suppose to know what my daughters clothes look like in order to buy them for her? She says stand outside the entrance and you can come around to look. Iām like⦠youāve got to be kidding me. She says no. Iām like how is standing at the wall a fire hazard⦠she tells me that it blocks the running path if there were to be a fire. I looked at her and said nothings burning. I then asked her if she thought I was trying to steal something? She said no⦠thatās our policy. I then said thatās insane, because youād rather block the entrance of the fitting room with all these people than have the mom of an underage minor stand with plenty of room for someone to maneuver around. It was the craziest thing. I then witness another lady come out with her kid. Iām like youāve got to be kidding me. She says we have a limit for kids that are under 8⦠ahahahaha. I couldnāt believe it. That was a rather large 8 year old. This girls was incredible. Iām on the verge of red. We get what my daughter wants and donāt go to look for anything more.. Iām like weāre out. It gets better from here. We stand in line for a little bit. Get up to the register to pay. Get there and thereās a young man there who asks if we found everything we were looking for.. as he starts ring us up. I tell him how I just experienced the craziest thing. I tell him and he reiterates that thatās their policy. Iām like thatās got to be the craziest thing Iāve ever heard, but then just witnessed a mom and her kid come out of the same room. I said I shouldāve said⦠she identifies as an 8 year old. I reiterated how you can barely make it through the entrance, yet you canāt stand in front of the dressing room, let alone be in there together to try anything on, ludicrous. So I told him, Iād probably be buying at least a few hundred dollars more if it wasnāt for that policy. For the remainder of the transaction he was a d. He gave me my receipt and I turned to leave when he turns around to say a few rude things to his coworker about me. I turn around and say, excuse me?! With his lip trembling he tells me he was talking to her. I said thatās right and and walked off. Geez, does it really have to come to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to the H&M up a traverse this weekend and I was expecting a nice put together store. And to leave with a couple cute things. And I was very happy because I left with a new sweater and some $10 boots! Which is awesome. Iām almost always satisfied with H&M. All of there stuff is super cute and its all at a reasonable price. But there staff at H&M isnāt the best there employs arenāt always around to help. But I see that as a good and bad thing. Good because they donāt hound you or pressure you about buying stuff like those annoying stores there's this one store does I wonāt shop at anymore because when ever I go there they pressure me into buying so much that i donāt need for example I went there to buy a top and while I was in the dressing room one of the employees kept throwing clothes over the door for me to try on⦠which is really just them trying to get you to buy more stuff. But it's also bad to not have employees around because if I need a dressing room I have to run around the whole store to find someone.
This store is very nice itās very neat and clean and well situated. The quality of there stuff is outstanding for the price you pay! Because usually if you buy something that is cheap it comes very low quality with the materials and it will fall apart. But for H&M it's also a hit or miss, because sometimes it takes them a very long time to come out with new clothes. I think they could improve on coming out with a new selection of clothes every two weeks rather than every month or so. I would definitely give this store five out of five.
I love there clothes because there super cute and stylish and any person of any age can shop there because of H&Ms awesome variety of clothes. Literally newborns to 100+ could find something at this store. The quality is amazing for the prices you pay and the store set up is very nice and neat so it's easy for you to find what you're looking for or if you not looking for anything it's easier to find things you like in a well put together store like H&M. My expectations were spot on. I recommend everyone to shop here because i'm pretty positive...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible experience at this H&M. The manager Hailey is no help and makes excuses. I ended up returning all my items due to their incompetence and will shop elsewhere. They had a two tables side by side. One table contained pants another shirts. The table with the pants were listed as 19.99, the other had no sign. At checkout the price rang up 39.99 and my husband didn't notice until after he paid. We also bought some other pants that were not on sale despite the advertisement for everything up to 70% off. When they went to check price the small print said shirts and made excuses that it was the easiest place to put the sign. Despite the table with the pants having less room. I dont feel it is necessary to read the small print when the table with the sign was on only contained pants and the other table contained shirts. They wouldn't honor the price. So I returned everything. My daughter also put her items back. It's about principle. I think it's a bate and switch. Of course as we left the switched the sign to the...
