I think this is the second time in my life. Iâve taken the time to write a review the first time I canât remember what company it was for, but it was a five star positive review and today one star across the board again I really donât think this is gonna make any kind of a difference, but if one person decides to save themselves the hassle because of this review, Iâll take it as a win. I normally brew my own coffee at home but found myself without coffee this morning and Starbucks around the corner from my house was the only thing open at the time . I thought Iâll go over there and buy some K cups to brew at home and when I got there, I was the only one in the store with four other employees which none of them greeted me or acknowledged my existence when I walked in the door. I proceeded to walk around, looking for where they might sell coffee at a coffee shop finally had to ask someone who they didnât know what I was talking about and their reply was if we did it would be in this area here. So then I said whatever just give me a large cup of coffee, medium brew, which I paid four dollars for Yesterdayâs coffee that was still cold. I did not find that out until I got to my car and the cold coffee so I walked back in the store not incredibly happy that I was sold a four dollar cup of cold coffee when I asked for a refund, they were quick to give me the refund, but then blamed me that they were having a rough morning And that if I only waited a little longer, the fresh pot that theyâre brewing would be ready. My question is why would you have sold me cold coffee? Why wouldnât you have had better employees to come back to me and say sorry, sir our coffee is not brewed yet. If you wait five minutes, we can make you a fresh pot of coffee or even better yet good morning as I walked in the door. Needless to say I didnât wait for the new pot of coffee. I drove across the street to a local gas station walking in the door. I was greeted good morning by the person behind the cash register and only paid three dollars for a fresh brewed hot cup of coffee . if you are looking for a place that will provide even the lowest level of customer service and quality of their product. Donât go to Starbucks, but like I said most of the world is addicted to that place and no matter what you will continue to buy their coffee and keep their doors open. My recent visit to Starbucks was incredibly disappointing and left me questioning whether I would return in the future. Upon entering, the atmosphere was chaotic; the store was overcrowded, with customers lining up out the door. I understand that Starbucks can get busy, but the disorganization made the experience frustrating from the start.
After waiting in line for what felt like an eternity, I finally reached the counter to place my order. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unfocused, leading to mistakes with my order. Instead of the iced latte I requested, I received a hot coffee that I didnât want. When I brought this to the baristaâs attention, they were dismissive and appeared irritated, which only added to my frustration.
The cleanliness of the store was also lacking. Tables were dirty, and the floor needed sweeping, which is not the standard I expect from a place known for its brand image. After receiving my correct order, I found a table to sit and enjoy my drink, but the overall environment was so chaotic that I couldnât even relax.
Overall, my experience at Starbucks was far from enjoyable. The combination of poor service, disorganization, and cleanliness issues led me to give this visit just one star. I hope for better experiences in the future, but this one left a bad taste...

My company recently moved office locations and this Starbucks location became my closest option for my morning coffee, which I was dreading. I had been going to the location next to Southtowne for some time which is managed by a rockstar named Omar - they knew me by name, knew my order, and never messed anything up. I started going to this location out of not having a better option and at least of my orders would be messed up in some way, and to top it off the staff was terrible - they acted like they had done me a favor my giving me something. However, Omar has since been moved to this location and while he is there during the week this place is 100% better -- the weekends could still use some help when he's not there but if you work close by and have avoided this location you should give it another try during the week.
