The word "Express" is used very loosely at this location. It is very unfortunate, because it is one of the nicer Panda Express locations I've ever been to. The location was very clean, and has an updated look and feel.
We lucked out in not having a line, but even without a line, we ended up having to wait 15+ minutes for our food to be prepared. From there, we sat by the guest line and in the entire time we are our food, I think they MAYBE got through 3 guests, and never had less than 8 people in line. I know this, because I was supposed to get an order to go for my wife and the line never dissipated the whole time we were there.
Seeing that the dine-in line was not an option, and the time nearing closing time, I decided to try my luck through the drive thru. I entered the drive thru at 8:45 PM, with two cars in front of me. I made it to the window at 9:13 PM. Once I finally made it, there was literally NO dialogue. They took my card without saying a word, handed my card back with receipt without a word, and later handed my food without a word. I even tried to talk to them and they closed the window.
All in all, terrible service can be overlooked if the food excels, but sadly it was just on par for typical Panda Express. You'd think that having to wait for fresh food, it would at least be better than average. Unfortunately that was not the case, and so all things considered, I would not recommend unless you are willing to endure the wait. Read moreBenjamin and his lady coworker at the front of the service line were rude to me. At first, the lady was very friendly and had a pleasant smile. As soon as I went to pay and used my free small entree coupon, when he went to scan the coupon I immediately saw the charge was gonna be $10.63 which is correct. But then Benjamin went on a long narration to charge me a bigger plate and use the coupon for a bigger plate instead of a charge for a 2 meal entree and one small entree. I was being asked to pay higher than the correct amount. He explained the premium entree costs more. But I showed him specifically on the coupon stipulation that says premium entree does not cause extra when using the coupon. He scanned it again and pretended “oh yeah it worked this time” which he was totally faking it. It did work the first time and he just wanted to charge me more expecting I’m stupid and don’t know my coupon benefit. When he rang the credit card register I made an honest mistake and use the second terminal’s card reader and this is where the previously friendly lady worker looked at me weirdly and judgmentally. She did not smile nor did she or Benjamin say “sorry sir you’re using the wrong card reader” they just smirked and smiled sarcastically and judged me. Horrible customer service. Horrible employees. Read moreI placed my order more than an hour in advance to my pick up time. I even called the restaurant to confirm they had gotten the order. They told me they did not have it and they had to go look for it. I confirmed that they would be able to have it ready for me at my desired pick up time and they said they would. When I went in to pick up my order an employee came up to me to tell me that they orders were not ready because "someone" had messed them up. She then told me that some of the orders were most likely not correct. She did not not even bother to try and see what orders were wrong and fix it. I then asked Gloria if the boxes would at least have the names that they belonged to on them and she said No because she did not have time to write them. When I got back to my office, out of the 15 orders I had placed. 12 of them were wrong! They only got Three right orders. I did not get all of the food I ordered. Almost all of my orders were Wrong. It was over a $100 order and it was completely ruined and not at all what I ordered. And on top of that they put the food in containers that were broken and falling apart. I did not get my moneys worth at all. I deserve to be compensated for the 12 orders that were wrong. This is not the first time we have ordered from this location and without fail every time we order some is wrong. This is also not the first time we have complained.
