I go to Jamba Juice every morning and this morning was unbelievable! A lot of the employees recognize me when I come in and call me by name I received a bogo coupon buy one get one free super excited I decided to use that this morning as the cashier was ringing me out he was looking for the discount button he said he couldn't find it so he went and got the manager Ashley. Ashley came to to the register to check it out and as she was doing something on the register she said she had this coupon for me I saw a glimpse of the coupon and it said random act of kindness and Ashley said your drinks our on us today. Shock and awe I was so grateful that was the icing to the cake so thoughtful and sweet of her to do that. I was like really are you sure and she said absolutely you come in everyday. Little things like that go such a long way I'm so appreciative of everyone that works at the Lehi Jamba Juice their the reason I keep coming back thanks guys for being incredible ! #lehi #JambaJuice...

This will be my last time going to this Jamba Juice. First time, they added an extremely high amount of matcha to my smoothie which resulted in me vomiting. Second time, the smoothie wasn’t blended correctly and the boosters (powder) was in clumps at the bottom of the cup. Third time, I ordered a Vanilla Blue Sky bowl and I received something completely off colored, with the texture of soup and it tasted nothing like the bowl I ALWAYS get. When I brought this up to the employee, my concerns were disregarded and was told that the order was right. May I add that I travel all over the country, order from multiple different locations at least 3 times a week so I’m very familiar with the consistency and taste of the bowls and smoothies. Extremely disappointed. Smoothies aren’t that cheap anymore. I just expect to receive a quality product when I’m paying this much...
