We came here for a quick bite to eat after having gone to Joliet several times. We were greeted by a friendly face and taken to our table immediately. Our server definitely seemed newer as we asked her some questions and she had to ask for the answers. No big deal as she was attentive. I typically order iced tea and can tell that when your glass arrives cloudy, the tea will not be good. I took one sip while the server was there and ordered a Coke instead. The tea was beyond a funky taste. We ordered the Camacho Nacho as an appetizer and see picture below - it came out looking like a lettuce bowl. People eat with their eyes, so how anyone thought this was an appealing nacho plate is beyond me. We had to dig under the lettuce to get to the meat, cheese and toppings. We didn't really finish it as well both felt it tasted off - the meat was over seasoned and salty, and either the cheese or sour cream tasted off. On to entrees - I ordered the Chopped Salad and Mike ordered the Ruben, which on the menu states its served with a side of 1000 island dressing and he never got it. My Chopped Salad was nothing special. The person who cut the lettuce should be taught to never the leave the hard end piece in. I found 2 decent size end pieces. The chicken in the salad was completely flavorless,.like they used bagged chicken. Even the dressing didn't help the chicken. I gave them 3 stars as the server did do her job even being new. It looks like a fun place with games, bowling, video gaming. If I was to return it would be to have drinks and entertainment but not the food.

This place could be so cool. BUT…. No one greets you at the door. Staff don’t acknowledge your presence even when you have clearly been standing at the door for over five minutes. Waitress was a pleasant young lady… but, after our first drinks were served she disappeared for a long time. Went to the bar for a second round and noticed all the waitress staff just hanging out, chit chatting, on their phones while the bartender was running to the other bar to grab more sour mix. If I was bartending I would have been annoyed that people had to leave their tables for service. I would have also shouted out at the servers doing absolutely nothing to run and grab something for me (since I was tending to the customers that they neglected. Food was terrible. $15 Buffalo shrimp appetizer buys you 6 very small pieces of shrimp that are completely soggy and taste just old. Maybe frozen too long? I would have been completely embarrassed to even walk it over to a table. Ribeye sandwich for $18 was very fatty, tough, poorly seasoned and poorly presented. All in all I’m sad. Such a cool venue! But times are tough and people pay really good money to escape to a restaurant and be served. It seems the younger generation just expects a 20% tip without even having to really work for it. Hence the group of servers hanging out in the back instead of checking on their tables. We still tipped the 20% …. Always do. I guess I am part of the problem.

Horrible food and service. Nachos were supposed to come with nacho and shredded cheese. Zero shredded cheese and the smallest drizzle of nacho cheese. The salad tasted like it came from a container at a gas station and it was advertised as mixed greens but was actually a bunch of iceberg and romaine. The pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. They advertise fresh cut fries on their menu and they were obviously battered frozen ones with no skin. My son wouldn’t even eat his frozen corn dogs. Waitress didn’t bring silverware or plates. She argued with me about the fries. They charged me more than the listed menu prices and then argued with me about it until I made her go get a menu and prove her wrong. There were literally zero tables in the dining room, so no excuse for poor service. Waitress was also making out with a guy in the dining room. Then my cc bill was over charged. All around horrible meal and experience that was a giant waste of money. I will never eat here again!

Spacious and clean, ok food, reasonable prices, but "iffy" service. We went on a Saturday evening to see an old high school friend's band playing. This was our first time in the place and were surprised to see the bowling alley and everything that was really quite spacious and clean. We sat at one of the open tables near the stage and saw the band tuning up; after several minutes we were a bit puzzled because there were no servers, no wait staff taking food orders nor drinks on the floor. I went to the closest of two bars and had a bit of a wait just to get my drink order taken and I inquired about the menu. I was told that there “might be servers that come to the floor after the restaurant closed.” –Mind you this would be 3 hours from the present. So we left the stage area and went into the restaurant where I observed a lot of hustle and bustle, but also that we were totally ignored trying to get a table. I managed to pull a person aside asking how to get a table and was directed to a different door (front )where they were taking reservations with a 15 minute wait. Interestingly my wife was shown to a table and seated immediately in my absence. It took about 35 minutes to get a hamburger and sandwich; all in all not bad for a peak Saturday evening dinner rush, however every single individual of the staff that stopped at our table kept apologizing for the delays, (again which we didn't really mind.) I did notice that the bar in the restaurant was fully packed with about 25 people sitting all around it, and we noticed a fair amount (~15) pretty agitated customers waiting to get their drink order taken at the corner station of the bar; my estimate is that the 15 people in the growing line waited an average of 6-9 minutes to get a drink, & most were visibly impatient --so I could understand their frustration. Most popular places that I have visited usually have at least two bartenders taking orders at the bar –this was not the case and I just didn't see any sense of urgency as the lone bartender casually took orders and served drinks. Things seemed very disorganized and confused, surely in need of...

I hate to write reviews that are less than 4 star but this was earned. There was ONE reason why I rated this low and I debated giving only 1 star. Our server was horrible. She was very nice but that is where the positive story ends. She was also very young and it could have been her first night on the job. My g/f and I were there on Saturday 11/12 mainly to see the band. Our first time there. We arrived around 7p. We were seated (to see the band) and it took over 20 minutes for our server to ever approach our table. In the mean time, i asked the doorman (who was the only employee that ever gave any attention to us) for help. He did get our server to come over but we waited another 10 minutes. I also went to the bar and ordered two beers and brought them to my table. That bartender was good - accurate and efficient. When our server finally came we ordered two more beers fearing that it might be a long time before we saw her again. When she came back, she didn't remember that we had ordered. We ordered again. When she brought the beers, we ordered an appetizer and told her that we would probably order dinner. We saw her a few more times and when we tried to order dinner (8:40), she told us that it was too late and that they were no longer serving food. She obviously didn't remember our earlier conversation nor were were ever told that the kitchen was closing. We were a bit annoyed. There could be good reasons why our experience was so negative but we were never given a reason (not sure that our server knew that we weren't too happy). We did notice at least two other servers. The bar was not very crowded. I doubt that we will ever go there again (unless the band Anthem is playing) and it is a shame as it looks like a fun place. Management needs to address these issues with this server. They should also consider keeping the kitchen open a bit later on a...

Despite the reviews, we wanted to give this place a try as Lord knows Lemont could use a decent place to eat. Well, not happening with the Quarry. Our server, Kelly was the equivalent of a fourth grader who was socially out of touch. She shows up at the table next to us and asks to take their order, not looking at the table that had drinks, used dishes, silverware, etc and is shocked when the customer states he is waiting for a check. She giggles and announces she is so tired because she worked the morning shift? (It is only 1:30 PM) Never apologizes and makes her way to our table. We hear the same story, her not understanding that she is so loud we heard the whole thing already. Takes our drink order because we have waited so long for her to arrive, we have decided on food as well, but announces she will take it when she returns. At this point I am expected her to arrive with drinks, napkins and silverware. Nope, just drinks. The entire meal was delivery of one thing and disappear (where do they go for so long?) and after two or three trips you finally get what you asked for. Food is average at best, fries so soggy they tasted greasy. When we complained one of our dishes was just awful tasting she made no effort whatsoever to apologize or replace it or just take it off the bill. Instead, several trips after the complaint she analyzed why we didn't like it. Note to management, on the average cc customers spend 67% more each transaction than if they used cash. So if you can not find a way to lower your overhead, manage your kitchen cost better and run this place like you want to stay in business, then close. A 3% cc fee is the nail that will close your coffin quicker than one of your servers can get to a table. Guaranteed we will not give this place...
