Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Lemont Township

I order from this location frequently and even for parties. Today I ordered pizza and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived about 35 minutes after I placed the order. It wasn’t ready and I was told it had 8 mins left. I sat down to wait. Other people who came in we’re having the same problem. After 20 additional minutes (not 8) I asked about my order. The workers were yelling, swearing, and sneezing in the kitchen. After 25 minutes waiting in the restaurant (In addition to the 30 minutes I waited at home) my order was ready. One other customer was given 10% back for his wait. I was given this statement as I was handed my pizza, “my bad about the wait”. Not sure if that was an apology. If they were busy and they would’ve told me it was an hour wait for pick up, I would’ve waited longer at home before coming in or ordered from another pizza place. Called to see if they had cheese & pepperoni slices. I was told yes. So we went skipping the one in Homer Glen because I was transferred 2 times. Anyway, I came in placed my order and because all the Rosatti’s are independently owned, they all have their own specials. I didn’t understand what this man said. But it’s 2 slices with 1 soda. This man was a little rude as Iooked at him somewhat confused and I told him that all rosatti’s are different and I always went to countryside(which by the way is hands down the best!) so there was no pizza in the warmer and I had to wait about 10 min probably for old pizza to be given to me. The young man in the back was really nice but the older heavier set man with a long ponytail in the front was rude and had 0 customer service. We do not like their pizza, but 2 months ago I had a Groupon, so we each had one of their specialty pastas that were very good. I since purchased 2 more Groupons. My beef sandwich was large with a lot of beef, but all the gravy was on the bottom half of the sandwich & the beef on top was very dry. The side salad was very good.My husband did not like the ravioli, plus the owner/manager? gave him a very hard time about the Groupon. Kept asking if it was for the Lemont location. He even took my phone & kept searching & going to different screens trying to find where it said Lemont. I had 2 for Lemont. One ending this month & one ending in April. I already had the one expiring in March pulled up, but in the process of the owner messing with my phone, he redeemed the April one.
