I love that this place has veggie burgers! That is very uncommon at burger chains, so it's great that they have that option. I was a little disappointed that they don't seem to actually know what is in their product, however. I asked the girl taking orders what the veggie burgers were made out of, and she gave me a list of the condiments that comes on it. I told her that was not what I meant, I wanted to know what was in it. She then told me that she believes it is a veggie wrap. That didn't sound right, so I asked her to find someone who did (in a respectful way, of course).
She then asked the girl standing nearby, and she also gave me a list of what comes on the burger. I again said that was not what I meant, but she was able to finally tell me. The burger wasn't bad, but fell apart really fast. To not fault of theirs, per se, most veggie burgers do.
The fries were probably the worst part of the meal. They are short and thin with no flavor. They have seasoning salt that you can add yourself, which I did, but that didn't help much. The dessert drinks were okay.
They need to replace or clean their water dispenser. I asked for a water cup to get water, which was attached to the lemonade drink. The water came out a cloudy pink color. I may as well have gotten the lemonade because that's all that comes out when you hit the water option, minus the flavor of lemonade. It was basically pink tap water.
The drive thru gets really busy, but they also do move fast (as they can, at least). It did mess with our stomachs later on, though. Not sure if that was from the water...
Read moreI have not been to a Freddy’s in a while since there is a Culver’s nearby so I thought I would stop in and give them a try, but the service was terrible. The girl that took my ordered over the speaker was very rude. She started out by asking my name, and I replied back with we are not ready we are still reading the menu. She was very controlling and assisting that I needed to give her my name anyway even if was not ready to order. Wow what did she not understand I told her that I was not ready and would guve her my name when I was ready, but still she insisted. I went ahead and gave her my name to make her happy. She told me to let her know when I was ready. Now having our minds made up I told her I was ready and no response. I waited like five minutes and ask her again if she was ready and she said yes she been ready. I was like wow what an attitude. Anyhow we ordered. One of the items I ordered was a small shake and when I received it, it was very small like in a kids cup. I question her about it and was told that was a small. I paid 5.42 for something that look like it had maybe 3 oz. Needless to say I was not happy with the attitude the and size of shake I received. I hate to tell you, but Culver’s has got Freddy’s beat. Their customer service is much better and their small shakes are much bigger. I been to Sonic also and they have Freddy’s beat as well. I don’t care about McDonald’s. But with the other competition around you I would think you would want...

Pulled up to the drive-thru and there were 4 cars in front of me. Wow, 4 cars at 3 in the afternoon? I soon learned why a line had accumulated: the Freddy's workers were gripped by the painful, uncaring sort of sloth that is typically reserved for government.
It took me 14 minutes to get up to the service window; one of the cars seemed to have a large order...not a great service time, but I'll deal with it. But then I had to wait a further 4 minutes at the window. Guess what I ordered?
A shake...a shake that could have easily been prepared prior to me pulling up to the window.
Though I ordered a shake (repeating my order twice because it was so complex), I was handed a sloppy mess. Custard and milk were dripping down the plastic cup and over my hand as the employee quickly closed the service window before I could think to ask for a napkin.
Whoever trained these employees still has work to do. I won't be going back to this location and will tell everybody I can...
