I ordered a sub for lunch to be delivered, and it took more than an hour for it to show up. It turns out they took my sub TO THE WRONG BUSINESS and left it on a desk without a word. The receptionist realized it wasn't even for someone at their location, and was kind enough to bring it to me herself! When I called the store to find out what happened, the guy who answered the phone hung up on me when I asked for a manager. He claimed he took it to 'the address on file'. After calling back and speaking to the manager, I was given $15 store credit. All I wanted was my $5 tip back from the driver who DID NOT DESERVE at tip! Good luck to you... It is certainly not 'freaky fast' delivery any...
Read moreI ordered delivery at 10:56 online on 12/10/2021 and I've never had issues before. But they brought me an unsweetened tea with no ice, My receipt shows a large root beer. This did not upset me, mistakes happen we are all human. But when I called she was very rude, still offered to have someone drive it out but at this point I said "well i don't know, no one is going to spit in my drink right" (in a joking manner) and she started being super rude asking me what I think of their company and etc. I told her not to worry about it and hung up. I will not be ordering here...
Read moreOK so the reason I gave one star is that I came in at about 5:30p and it was sooooooo hot outside today and this place's air conditioning practically doesn't even work !!!
Daultyn and the other 2 guys working with him today were really, really hospitable , very friendly, and they made my sandwich perfectly, but I wouldn't come back in store because I would rather just order delivery so I can stay in somewhere that actually has AC in KC summer weather!!
Whoever is not getting the AC fixed managing this store needs to...
