For me, this place is the place to go when I am feeling Mexican because it is authentic and great. The people who cook in the back in the kitchen definitely know what they are doing, and everything has a homemade feel to it because it is. The staff is also friendly and they take the time to explain anything to you if you do not know what it is. I love getting their grilled chicken tortas, and their steak tacos. This is an authentic Mexican restaurant with wonderfully prepared food. i’ve eaten there twice and both times it was a delight. The portions are generous. The food is fresh. They use high-quality ingredients and it’s not that expensive. The outward appearance of the restaurant seems small and uneventful, but I promise you the food is outstanding. This restaurant is a real gem serving the best Mexican you will get. It will become one of my regular places to dine...

Every time I go there, they NEVER have the jalapeño and cheese tamales. One woman gave me a card and said, "Call later today...around 4pm- 5pm" because none had been made yet or something...that's what she seem to make it out to be (It was already after 12 noon at that time). I called around 4:30 to ask if they had those particular tamales available. NOPE! I was told tomorrow...we have them. These things are a mystery. If you only make a few each day,...
