I used to go here almost every morning before work during 2020 into 2021 and the manager (i don’t remember her name) was so friendly and called me by name. All the employees were extremely nice as well and it was a fast experience. This place has gone extremely downhill in the last year since she left. The employees have an insane attitude and you can expect to sit in line for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of you. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered ahead on the app because i had a free drink reward. I pulled up to the box and said “i had ordered on the app for-“ and was rudely interrupted by “NAME?” i told her my name, she said “we JUST got it. pull around” and when i pulled up to the window a girl named Kayla asked what i had. i told her the drink and that i had ordered on the app and she told me that i didn’t speak to her at the box because if i did, she would have had the drink ready. i literally spoke to her at the box because she rudely interrupted me when i was speaking. I’ve never experienced such attitude from ANY place before. i’ve been in customer service for 11 years and this is the first bad review i have ever written. i’ve been a dunkin girl for years, but i’ll switch to starbucks right down the road...
Read moreI just want to start off with the fact I am a former employee at this business most of the time we were understaffed but the reason why is because of the way the store was managed the manager in question shall remain anonymous so I will call her beth for privacy reasons she would schedule people for times that the employee in question wouldn't be able to work and if you were a church goer like me if you made her mad "beth" would deliberately schedule you for the hours that church was taking place. Beth would then go on to black mail the less fortunate employees by threatening to call my folks if I didn't come to work on my off days and if no one was coming in we were expected to stay until closing if necessary which if you opened the store that mean a lot more than just a double shift. I short terms I agree with the 1 star reviews the management Is in dire need of repair even if it means replacement etc and as for the cleanliness of the place the manager was oftentimes to lazy to get the ice machine cleaned professionally so you all have probably drank mold from a coffee cup from Dunkin donuts in Lenoir PS "Beth's" husband watches the camera which is against the law because he is not on payroll or...

Advertise things on your menu and when people request said item you inform them that "Oh we dont sell that at this location yet." Then why are you advertising it? I have always enjoy any Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to but this is the poorest excuse for a business I have ever witnessed. I have plenty experience in customer service and customer care and your employees display none of that. You have a cook who brings out the orders to whisper who the food belongs to so people just stand there and gives an attitude when asked what he said, you also have 90 percent of your staff grabbing free drinks, cutting up with their friends and quite literally chasing children around. Is this a Donut chain or a daycare? You NEED to fix yourself immediately or this location wont last long when you have Krispy Creme in town who has superb customer service, never runs out of donuts and for whatever reason are "out of this product" try to substitute or fix the problem rather than standing there with a remorseless look...
