Have been coming here for years for my battery swap out. I guess cuz it's just a battery swap out, you had to jack up the service minimum. 3 days to change a battery in this watch, so what if it's a movado. I've had it for years and have always brought it here and it takes 10 minutes. Not a matter of the cost more a matter of it's just a battery and you're telling me 3 days? Smh, never coming here again. More absurd and ridiculous business tactics.... UPDATE: Hmmm, I've had this watch for years. Never had a problem with a battery swap ever here ever.. however I can tell you that I myself have businesses of my own and know for a fact that this is what is called handcuffing.. for simple fact that you don't make it an option, you know a choice that a customer can have. You're forcing that bare minimum service to be more of a service to benefit your establishment. Keep in mind just because we don't work at your store does not mean that your customer or every customer does not know what's going on. Instead of telling me that I have to do it that way through you instead of, hey we've noticed this we're offering a higher service would you like that service. If you're really thinking about your business, something like a simple battery, should be just that simple and take 10 minutes. As like I use to do at your establishment which looks like new owners or management. I left your store and had my battery swapped out by a very well-known fine jeweler in your local area within 15 minutes. Point blank, I understand establishments need to stay in business. The resizing process for one of my rings was explained and I was actually sized to a smaller, better fitting size. Definitely reach out with issues before leaving a review. I fully admit I jumped the gun, but they have been wonderful to work with despite my mistake.
OG Review 10/5/24: I dropped off my wedding ring and engagement rings with the intention of them being resized. First off, the rings seem to be at least a half size too big still, which is very frustrating. Secondly, I had to call to find out if my rings were done. (I was told a week to a week and half, I waited until it would have been 2 weeks after I dropped them off before I called since I hadn't heard from the store.)

It was purchased at Macyās, but didnāt want to drive 30 minutes to have it fixed for free there, so I stopped here while I was running errands to see what they could do. I was pleasantly greeted and the shop owner immediately took the ring, repaired it on the spot, including the bent prong I knew about and also a few fractures that were forming underneath that I didnāt know about. I had a few questions about my wedding band also and he was very informative, cautioning me not to change it, because it may cause damage. He was also very patient while I looked at several pieces of estate jewelry they had for sale, explaining the history and details of each. I was in and out in 20 minutes, was charged a VERY reasonable fee and left with my ring looking shiny and brand new! I couldnāt be more pleased and highly recommended this shop!
