Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Leon Valley

I visited this location on 3rd February I had a gentleman take my order I asked for the small meals he did not give me meals I also was not asked whether I wanted breadsticks or crackers with my soup. While waiting for my order they gave me my sandwiches and my soups I asked for breadsticks after reading the menu Kandace stated that the breadsticks do not come with soups they come with salads I read the menu to her again and pointed at the menu and she walked away to get me breadsticks. Kandace was working drive-through taking orders, handling cash, making drinks, she went into the breadstick bin and pulled out cold breadsticks and put them in the oven with her hands. She went back to drive through and helps a customer, took a order, made a drink, She then went to the oven pulled the breadsticks out with other items that weren’t mine with the same hands. That is not OK I advised Candace that she should not be working drive-through and handling food with her bare hands she then forgot my center rolls that I purchased and she requested that I showed her my receipt after I verbally told her I paid for them. I won’t be returning to this location because it’s apparent that this girl kandace in particular is dirty/lazy!

Update: we had our food. Broccoli cheese was nasty and so was the breadstick that I fought so hard for. My avocado sandwich had no flavor at all. My partner really enjoyed his bacon sandwich, and he did not like the breadstick...

Ordered online on oct. 31st. I get a call telling me that they are closed and they will void the charge. On Nov. 2nd the charge still went through on my bank account. I called only to be told that the charge was voided, and I need to wait a couple of days to get a refund. On Nov. 10th I still had not received a refund. I called the manager who's name is Yong Kim or Kim Yong (apologies if I spelt it wrong), only to be told that it was voided and they didn't charge me. I explained to him that there was a charge on my bank account and that they did indeed charge me, he simply said no and that it was voided and I need to call my bank. Why should I have to call my bank, when they are the ones who charged me??!?! Again, he said it was voided and there was no charge. How is there no charge, when quite obviously there is a $30 charge from Schlotzkys on the 31st on my bank statement?!? Absolutely disappointed!! He didn't offer any solution, no store credit, no saying come pick up your order (he literally read me my order and told me the total, but still insisted that it was voided and no charge was made), no refund and no solution to this problem. Absolutely worst manager I have dealt with, at least when there is a problem, other people or managers,...

The Leon Valley location off Bandera Road is a rip off. First and last time there. I ordered a combo meal my husband did also. The manager Andrew rang me up. I looked at my receipt noticed it's all charged individually. And He said he couldn't give me a refund, I'd have to wait 2-3 business days. But he's gotta ring up my entire bill again and get charged again. So I'll be out 90 dollars. I'm like NO!!! I'm calling corporate. Don't get ripped off people... He also didn't bother letting us know meal sizes aren't just drink size it's also made for more than one person so a large is actually a huge sandwich enough for 2-4 people. Andrew said well I winked at you, as if I were to understand that the large was enough for both. I told him his facial expression isn't something I'm use to seeing employees do. I'm only here to get food and quality service. Yet it wasn't achieved. Corporate should look into this particular store. It's no wonder Andrew said don't bother leaving a tip.
