I ordered the protein bowl and after it was almost done the sandwich artist dropped the container of Oregano right in the middle of my salad covering the container with my salad dressing dripping off into my salad bowl and food. I was surprised that she didn't apologize OR offer to make me a fresh salad since the Oregano can splattered my salad. Of course it is possible that this was NOT a code violation. She did have plastic gloves on. However, I noticed she did pull her phone out of her pocket and read a message in the middle of making our orders, yes same gloves on touching the phone. I believe that WAS a code violation. Anyway, there were seven of us in our party and I was number five of seven and we were all hungry so I didn't complain and cause a scene. Nor did I want to delay everyone's meal by asking for a new salad, so I just kept my mouth shut. But I have to admit that it bothered me. This evening google asked me for a review of my recent dining experience and I just had to say something. I've been stewing on it since it happened and I wanted to get it off my chest. Read moreI feel horrible for the employees here as there are few, last time 1, showing up to work. This is a high traffic restaurant here in town and the food was delicious. THE SUBWAY AP NEEDS TO BE FIXED! It takes 45 plus minutes, getting redirected to my homepage, and I have to start ordering again. 2 employees at both of the Subway restaurants here in town mentioned that more customers have issues with using the ap, and they can not provide the ap discount codes in store, we can only access these online in our Subway ap. The employees that show up are personable, smiling, and fast, without taking away from the quality of your food. The couple of employees that do show up need to be paid double since they are taking on the extra workload, providing the fastest service as 1 person can, that a whole nother employee would be doing. Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars I would! Placed order online for pick up and when I the girl assured me the only order ready was mine and I was rushed out the door. Get back to work and it is completely wrong! Didn't even put any type of dressing let alone the sweet onion that I had ordered. Called the store and told them it was not right. She argued repeatedly that the sub had been made to order which it clearly was not. When I insisted this was not what I ordered she strated yelling at me and getting defensive that she had made it right. I don't know where the problem was but what I was given was not what I ordered and being yelled at by staff at store..so much for customer service! Will not go back...
