EDIT: This store has SIGNIFICANTLY, improved! I wanted to edit my review & say, "Thank You," for taking the many complaints, seriously and taking action. One can FEEL, the difference when coming into the store. The HOT food container, is better stocked for expected needs, based off sales history and traffic/time of day.. and the waits.. wait, what wait?! Can't believe I am saying that in such STARK, contrast to before. I hope that this store stays for a very long time and is fruitful. As I mentioned before, I am not the only one with a taste for nostalgia. And am sooo happy to not have to go INTO A MALL, to get my favorite pretzel and to see Jamba, joining forces with a larger entity to save the ORIGINAL, besides maybe Smoothie King.. OG: smoothie place, that my peers and I grew up with in Southlake Town Center. Nostalgia is a serious thing when selling.. and let's just say, It Worked! A+ on the 180 & taking criticism seriously. Because it is NOT easy to hear.
**Yāall, seriously..? Itās dinner/rush hour time. I waited over 5 minutes, as the ONLY person in the store just to be āgreetedā & have my order taken. I didnāt even receive a, "Hello." The manager here needs to take a lesson from all the other stores that actually acknowledge when clients come in. Say something, ANYTHING! All of the kids who work here with only one adult lady, are all speaking amongst themselves and, Quietly... so low that you canāt hear them. They are not taught to do anything different, obviously. Literally EVERYONE in this area is SoOoO excited for this to be here, please PLZZZZ donāt ruin the experience by having poor training or bad management. The store will shut down if people stop going, and thatās the route this is headed. Iām not mad per say, but I am very disappointed. This is not difficult. This is an entry-level job, and thatās totally fine, Zero judgement! Everyone has to start somewhere. But START, by giving them a lesson in what, "Quality, Customer Service," is.. If for no other reason than to: Better Everyone! Their next step in career/job will Thank You & you'll receive the credit for such doings. THAT'S, how positive reviews work, & setting everyone up for success, means EVERYONE WINS! Do NOT blame the workers, blame is needed from the TOP DOWN in this case. Shoot, call me if you want help. Iāll come in after my normal job or on the weekends and have it running smooth as silk in a weekend. Also, there are WAYY TOO MANY PEOPLE on staff for it to be running this poorly. Either utilize the staff you have or cut that # in HALF &&&& donāt forget training and customer service and youāve got an ice cubes chance in Hell at making it. If not, might as well pack up now, because this will NOT make it through the summer at this rate....

After picking up my kids from church I went to get my free pretzel today. My sister had been at the same location less than an hour before my 8:25 pm arrival. She said the drive thru was long but she went inside. The system at the store couldn't scan her reward. Well, when I went, there was a handwritten sign on the door saying lobby closed. So I got back into my vehicle and proceeded to the drive-thru. I was asked what I wanted to order by the employee, and I stated, "I would like to redeem my reward for a free cinnamon sugar pretzel." The employee was a little rude and said "what". I then repeated the same statement, and the employee stated, "You want 3 pretzels." I said no and repeated for the 3rd time that I wanted to redeem for the free pretzel. I had the pretzel offer on my phone and ready to purchase, which listed their store location. The employee rudly responded, "we don't do that here." I said,"Oh okay." Of course, I'm very confused because I know that they did give out free pretzels not that long ago. When I drove off, I could see a female employee inside with her hands covering her face and going toward the back to not be seen. I find this very unprofessional and rude. Especially knowing so many people had been served the free pretzel less than an hour before my arrival to the same store, my sister and nephew were some of the receiving customers of the free pretzel. No wonder this location has a 2.8 Google review rating. Maybe corporate should consider closing the location or hiring all new staff to come in as clearly there is a major issue here. I just don't appreciate being lied to and being treated rudely. I will never come back to this location again! I have never been treated so rudely at one of these...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe first time I went, it was the middle of the afternoon and it was pouring down rain. There were five cars in the Drive-Thru and I always save time and gas and go inside! So I parked and went inside. There was a sign on the door that said use the drive-thru so I got back in my car and got in the Drive-Thru. When I arrived, I said you're closed inside today and the girl apologized and said they were short of help. I totally get that, unfortunately, in this day and age, kids just aren't working like they used to. At least not as many as used to! The second time I visited, I went inside, had ordered in advance and the girl pulled it right out for me, She asked if I needed anything else and was very pleasant. I've had no problems at all, my Pretzel was fresh and soft. I just wish I hadn't got wet in the rain that day...lol. I'm glad they're here. If you went early on, why not give them another chance? I'm sure it's hard teaching someone...
