Chicken Nachos: 5 out of 5 burps: OK listen up punk! This is how we North Texans do things right. You know why it's a 5 out of 5 zipper-head? Because I designed this and that's why it rules! What's in it you ask? OK I'll tell you, but those with weak constitutions for spicy should be warned...it won't be pleasant for you. We'll start off with the normal chips and chicken, cilantro rice, black beans, 2 kinds of cheese, shredded and queso. Now for most people that's pretty close to what you go with...and you would be a girly man if that's where you stop. You ready for this...HUH! Yeah! Yeah you ready?!? OK start off with some corn salsa, oh you're not impressed? OK then add in some diced jalapeño (1 and 1/2 scoop). No? Still not doing it for you? OK let's throw in chopped red an white onion just to put some more stank on that and while your hands over there, how about a little more cilantro? Oh...am I still too soft for you? OK you know that habanero sauce they got, I ask them to unscrew the lid and dump because to try and drip that junk on so that there's enough for me would take 10 minutes, and I'm courteous to others A-Hole!!!! Sometimes I do sour cream, sometimes I don't. It's what I feel like at the time. What...WHAT...still not enough for you? Well I see there's no pleasing you now is there? So you see that Death Sauce next to my nacho-intestinal devastator? Drank it. That's right, I left the bottle empty when I was finished. The next party at this table is going to be out of luck if they wanted any of that because it was all mine. If they want it back, they need to talk to the city because it's going to the sewage center in a while. So here's a napkin, why don't you go clean yourself up as I can see you can't take all...

I have been a fan of Freebirds for a very long time. Most of the ones that I've been to provide the same quality food in service. However, i have become more disappointed over the 30 days from the restaurant in Lewisville, off of Round Grove Rd. I have come at different times, usually right after the major lunch or dinner crowd. Sometimes, just before. But lately it has been the same lack of service that's myself and the people that I bring with me Receive. Their selection is very mild, if not totally empty, when it comes to their food that is in their containers for customers to choose from. These past several times, we have literally had to wait 4 to 5 minutes on them cooking they're chicken or steak. There's very little end the containers when we come in, so it is very annoying to know what you want to eat, and yet you don't have it there to eat. You don't see that happening at Chipotle. Their service is very prompt and their selections are very plentiful.. Get it together, Freebirds!

Lastly, I can highly recommend to et a better grip on the temperature settings at your restaurant. There are times that we would like to just sit and eat there at the restaurant, but the temperature settings are unbearable. Every customer that I speak to agrees that they do not want to stay in the restaurant and eat in a place that feels like the Antarctic or near the equator. Set your restaurant temperature near 74° and everybody will be fine. Once again, get it...

Came in today 3/27/25 @8:37 to pick up my online order that was supposed to be ready at 8:32 when I made it in my order was not ready . The two young employees one young lady and young male they never replace the receipt that print online order so my order was not made at all . The stuff I wanted was not available for my order and the young teenage like young man and young lady seem to have no type of customer service and no care at all about making sure that all I order was done right. Due to rude and bad service and rude attitude from the young man was not accommodating us at all . I lost my appetite after seeing how nasty and disorganized the food area was and looked so unsanitary. When I asked for a refund he got the manager she mentioned I couldn’t receive my refund due to it being an online order she was not help at all and seem to have no care about the nasty serving area that was displayed and the fact that no one replace the receipt for the printer. There was 3 other customers that was there and they left as well .This was the last time coming to this nasty, unsanitary and terrible customer service establishment at night . Came back today 3/28 two young ladies was very accommodating and the food prep area was clean and looked sanitary thank you Monse and Destiny for helping a dissatisfied customer this is how you do your customers.
