The woman working at Sam’s Club bakery in Lewisville, TX on Friday, September 12th, 2025 at 10 am was utterly horrible at her job. I called to place an order for a cookie cake I wanted to write happy birthday on. She was so rude and told me I had to go online to place the order and had no idea what cake I was talking about. Why even have a phone number if you can’t call to place an order?? I’ve never heard of that and have placed 5-6 cake orders on the phone with that bakery so had no idea what she was talking about.
