Panda Express — Restaurant in Lewisville

I thoroughly enjoy Panda Express at this location as they consistently provide me with freshly made, piping hot food. It is absolutely delicious! I would like to express my gratitude to all the hardworking individuals who contribute to the smooth operation of this location. Additionally, when we opt for delivery, with Grubhub, I take the initiative to call ahead and ensure that our order is securely handled. We have unfortunately encountered situations where our food has been compromised by certain MANY delivery drivers who consume portions of it during transit. It is disheartening that these incidents persist without consequences from the delivery service provider, Grubhub. Doordash drivers do the very same thing!

The staff diligently pack our order in multiple layers of sealed plastic bags, tightly knotting the first bag and affixing an adhesive orange sticker that cannot be easily removed. They repeat this process two or three times to ensure the utmost security. This careful packaging makes it virtually impossible for the driver to access the food without tearing open the bags.

Furthermore, I kindly request that they prepare the food just before the driver's arrival, resulting in a fresh and steaming hot meal upon delivery. It is consistently delightful!

The food is usually okay. But the customer service is AWFUL. Last night I went in for a kids meal and she gave me portions that were much smaller than normal. (I know its a kids meal but these portions didnt even fill up the kids meal box at all) and the chow mein was squishy and almost soggy tasting. I called the manager and he was nice and said he would replace it and wrote my name down. I came in today and the man who took my order was VERY standoffish when I explained it to him. He went in the back and said he couldnt find my name anywhere or my order. I showed him my reciept and showed him the number I had called on the call log on my phone to verify it was the correct store number. He acted like he didnt believe I had talked to a manager and then angril through the food onto our plates and scowled at us the whole time we sat there. This location used to be really good. The food is okay but the customer service has went down. Advice to corporate, your letting these kids mess up your business and your money! I went to this location this pass week. Shawn was at the window. I notice staff behind him (dealing with food) with the mask down over their chin. The mask is meant to cover your mouth and nose to stop the spread of Covid (definitely over your mouth). When I asked Shawn for a manager to mention this, he said one wasn't available.
