I recently decided to try Wing Castle for takeout, and I must say it was an absolute disaster. From start to finish, my experience with their takeout service left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated.

To begin with, placing the order was a nightmare. The restaurant's phone line was constantly busy, and when I finally managed to get through, the person taking my order seemed uninterested and rushed. They barely listened to my instructions and didn't even confirm the details of my order, leaving me uncertain about whether they got it right.

When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, I was greeted with complete chaos. The designated takeout area was cluttered and disorganized, with no clear system in place. There were several customers waiting, and it seemed like the staff had no idea whose orders belonged to whom. It took an absurd amount of time for them to locate my order, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

Once I finally received my food, I was appalled by its quality. The dishes were poorly packaged, with leaky containers that resulted in a mess by the time I got home. The food itself was lukewarm and lacked any semblance of freshness. It was evident that they had prepared the order well in advance and didn't bother reheating it properly before packaging.

Furthermore, the portion sizes were significantly smaller than what one would expect for the price charged. It felt like I was being ripped off, paying a premium for subpar food and insufficient quantities. The taste was equally disappointing, with flavors that were bland and uninspired. It was evident that no care or attention had been given to the preparation of the dishes.

To top it off, the customer service during the entire process was abysmal. The staff members were rude and dismissive, showing no interest in addressing my concerns or rectifying the situation. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.

In conclusion, my takeout experience at Wing Castle was a complete disaster. From the disorganized ordering process to the poor packaging, lackluster food quality, and disrespectful customer service, there was not a single aspect that lived up to even the most basic standards. I strongly advise against ordering takeout from this establishment. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a different restaurant that values its customers and takes pride in providing a quality...

What a nice little Hidden Gem we found. This is one of those places where you wonder how it's going to be inside, it's going to be trashy or they're going to be suspect characters here how is the food going to be? Well I was surprised from the counter lady that was cordial on taking my order to the lady in the bar in the back and informed us where to get water or anything to the interior which on this particular night December 7th 2024 was kind of empty but I guess everybody was out celebrating something.

There's a little stage in the dining room where you sit and it looks like it's set up for either a comedy club or two chairs and two tables where somebody might be having a wing eating contest? I don't know there are only like two people in here which I'm kind of glad because we have the whole place to ourselves but we were told the next weekend there was going to be a comedy club which would have been nice to have gone to but I won't be in this town next weekend.

We got the parmesan Cajun corn and the Cajun corn by itself which both were kind of spicy which I could stand but my friend could not so be prepared if you have a little tolerance. The wings I really loved I mean came out fresh and juicy with that high crisp crunch like you eat at those Korean wing places. The cajun fries are also well it's a wonderful cooked just right fluffy and soft on the inside crunchy on the outside.

Only thing I could complain about but this is only for me S the music was a little loud for conversation but that's just being picky. The music is subtle and if you are a fan of I guess you could say rhythm and blues music it is actually okay because you're not here to listen to any music that drops the N word every other sentence. It's safe to take your children here, well at least on this...

Omg 😲 this is me and my husband first time coming to this place, and I must say we'll let me take it back. I love my chicken wings absolutely love them right, and of course everybody can not cook chicken wings, yes that sounds crazy but it's so true. Well my husband texted me informing me that he has a new food spot to check out and of course me im over her at work waiting on 4pm so I can rush home to grab him and go check this place out lol. We'll yea u guessed it he chose WING CASTLE in Lewisville and although it was a nice little 30 min drive(including traffic) anywho the sweet lady that took our order was beyond nice she has the sweetest softest voice and very soothing might I add lol no frustration in us trying to figure out what we wanted she broke down some of the things on the menu for us ya'll best customer service I have had in a very long time top tier if u ask me, then you have the nice gentleman that whipped it all up for us man say!!!! If he ain't cooking it ion want it point blank period and if he not here cooking the person cooking better have some references to show me about this cooking lol jkjk but yes he definitely did his thing and the fact that he knows his cooking is on point gave me all the reason to pull back up to the spot... Ya'll me and the hubby here for round 2 yes u guessed twice in one week (I'll post the pics no worries) If you have never had wing castle in Lewisville no other city or state but LEWISVILLE u better run and check it out ASAP 5 stars hands down Thank you wing castle and the lovely lady that takes your order and big thank you to the gentleman that got our tummy right ✅️ We will be back for a 3rd round just Wait for...
