Horrible owner!!! We went there one night and got 3 shakes. My partner had already paid and I didn't realize it. So I gave a different employee my card to pay... again. We tried to get our money back by showing the bank transaction, date, and amount. An employee verified that we were double charged because she was the one that I handed my card to that night. Another employee wrote a note on their board stating we were charged twice. Yet somehow we were not given our money back. Instead the owner requested our names and phone numbers. My fiancé and I have come to this Baskin-Robbins location multiple times for some casual ice cream and it has been very consistent.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. I know they work longer hours into the night, and we appreciate them! They also gave some great recommendations to my fiancé, who is always eager to try new flavours.

I can’t get enough of their Cotton Candy flavour, as it has just the right amount of sweetness. It also has kept the same flavour profile for over a decade, so it is quite the nostalgic taste for me. A double scoop cup of just this flavour is my usual go-to.

Súper racist. Little blonde girls laughing at my mother’s accent and giggling. Asked for the cones we needed before we started picking flavors for 3 people. Girl didn’t say she didn’t have enough but didn’t say anything till after, didn’t offer to make more. Card reader not working without tap, won’t let you swipe or insert. Awful awful awful service. Been going here since I was a teenager and staff always changes. I suggest looking at hiring because the ones working tonight we’re disgustingly disrespectful and lack any sense of customer service.
