Anthropologie — Local services in Lexington

Yesterday I was shopping for interview clothes. No matter where I went I couldn't find anything that looked good on me and was reasonably priced.

I stopped by Anthropologie, not really expecting to find anything, but one of the associates offered to help me. I explained to her my situation and she recruited a few of the other associates to help me out. For the next hour they brought me tops that were exactly what I was looking for and helped me with the biggest smiles.

There was an in-house personal stylist who was a giant help to me and even steamed my new top that I picked out for my big interview.

Yes, I walk in the store as a black woman so much prejudice. I wanted to shop and see what they have but I got looks from white associates and white customers. Today the Lexington Anthropologie store made a mistake. What matters is that the store manager made it right and both she and the employee were apologetic.
