This place has a nice spacious interior BUT, 2 stars and here’s WHY... So I walked in here not long ago hoping to have some coffee and make some important calls for my wedding planning but boy was I wrong... I rarely complain unless it’s necessary. So I was hoping to get some much needed details taken care of, and while I knew others would be chatting around me and music would be playing/ the usual noise of a coffee shop, this place specifically BLASTS their music. I’m not hard of hearing and love music turned up, but not when I go to a decent coffee shop to get some work done and make some calls. I’ve been to MANY coffee shops and I’ve never had that issue. I asked the girl behind the counter if she could please turn the music way down and she looked at me like are you serious? Then, when it was turned down it still was too loud... This was NOT a relaxing and hardly productive afternoon. I wasn’t even under a speaker and had to plug my other ear just to hear my phone conversation. Had I not already set all my stuff up I would’ve left... The staff was nice but, I think they need someone customer focused there at all times for supervision instead of jamming through their day at the expense of their customers typically there to get things done or meet with others... NOT suggested for...
Read moreI don’t typically leave reviews but I feel this Starbucks deserves all the love and recognition. We traveled (drove) from ND and stayed at the Origin Hotel. We would get our morning coffee at this Starbucks every day for 2 weeks. The staff is very kind with a lovely greeting each time. They are super fast, so don’t get worried if you see the line is long. They will get you through in a jiffy. Also, hands down the best coffee we’ve ever had at a Starbucks. That includes our home state, all the states we traveled through, and I’m willing to say every other state we have been to throughout our coffee drinking years. We have been gone for 2 days now and we miss it desperately. Their cold brew is delicious. Their hot coffee is perfect. We loved their no straw lids! All around a fantastic Starbucks.
Also, since the lobby was closed they allowed us to purchase our Starbucks Kentucky mug in the drive thru. ♥️ We miss you guys and can’t wait to come back down again.
Edit: fixed a typo...
Update: it’s been a month and we still talk about this Starbucks. I miss the consistency of how the beverages are made and the...
Read moreLook, I’m not here to start drama. I’m just here for my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso: light ice, three pumps, half sweet, extra cinnamon, don’t judge me.
Did I see the giant red 96 in the window? Sure did. Did I clutch my pearls? No. I clutched my reusable cup and walked in like the seasoned regular I am.
Let’s be real: This store? It’s seen some things. I’ve watched this team survive:
Mobile order rushes so long the printer begged for death
A summer drink launch without lemonade, ice, or lids
A new manager who thinks “pre-peak” means manifesting vibes into productivity
And somehow… my drink still gets made. Most days. In under 7 minutes. That’s practically a miracle.
The baristas?
Icons. Legends. Saints. One of them called me “bestie” and then disappeared into the back muttering about a broken Frappuccino pump. I hope she’s okay.
That 96?
It’s not a reason to panic. It’s a badge of survival. It’s the universe saying, “Yes, there were violations. And yes, the coffee’s still hot.”
You don’t go to this Starbucks because it’s perfect. You go...
