this location is usually alright. employees always seem annoyed when they have to get off their phones to take orders but itās not that big of a deal to me as long as i get served and my order is right which iāve never had any issues with prior to tonight. the girl who took my order was clearly a newer employee and iām always willing to be patient for newbies, however, itās extremely frustrating when you have to repeat every answer to every single question at least once. i kept speaking louder, clearer, slower, and with more pronunciation and somehow she still couldnāt understand what i was saying after every question. she also didnāt understand what āmake it a mealā meant even after i said 2 cookies and a fountain drink. she asked what size of drink, i answered, she still wanted me to repeat myself even tho we were literally 3ft apart and i knew she could hear me, so i got so annoyed with the incompetence that i just told her to forget the meal and just do the sandwich. she STILL asked me to repeat myself and tried to sell me the cookies after i very clearly annunciated that i only wanted the sandwich now. it mustāve been her very first shift cause idk why else she was so lost. she acted like she didnāt even know what BLACK PEPPER was!!! like seriously cmon. this location needs to do better.

The employee was so rude. She repeatedly screamed at me when I was trying to have my sandwich made, by asking me what else when all I had was meat on my sandwich. She and another employee were complaining because of the customers in the store and rolled her eyes. She charged me twice for my sandwiches. I returned to the store, after making it half way home and I showed her where my credit card was charged twice and she said it was not, and told me I had to take it up with my bank. I then asked him would he please wash his hands before making my food and he said No! Heās not washing his hands thereās no germs on the broom or dust pan.
