Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lexington

Waited over 30 minutes for my order when there were only a couple other customers waiting for their food, not busy at all. When I finally got my order they did not get the sandwich correct or give me my drink, as well as the bun being stale. I asked twice while waiting for it if the wait would be much longer and they acted annoyed that I was asking. On top of this the working manager was playing with a glove the entire time I waited and distracting the employees from fulfilling orders. Would not recommend this Chick-fil-A if you are gluten free, half the time they give you a normal bun, and act annoyed when you need it to be remade, and the wait is always...

Had a fun experience at the drive-thru. This place has real people standing outside to take your order at the window. When the high school student that was taking my order asked me my name, I said for fun, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. He loved it! That was the name. When I drove around to pick up my order and the girl brought it out to me, I asked her to make sure she had the right order for the right name and she started to ask me and realized what the name was and had a good chuckle! This chick fil a has its work cut out for them. Lots of hungry students and faculty around lunch time. They always try to move efficiently and quickly. However, it can take some time to get your order but I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes. The food is always hot. My one downside is the soda machines are not always dispensing the drinks “properly” but with students presumably using them all day I can see how they require more maintenance than most.
