Okay so I’m gonna start by giving them the benefit of the doubt because based on what i could deduce, they had just gotten a really big order at 9pm (they close at 11 for reference). I get in line and there’s one other dude in front of me nearing the register. They only have one girl on the line, so I’m standing there for an awkward amt of time just waiting. They finally get to me, I get my stuff, there’s a dude back there touching all over his clothes and apron before putting on his gloves and making chicken (i work in food service, trust, that’s icky), they’re out of lettuce, blah blah blah. I don’t say anything tho because, whatever. Fast forward, they have chips, but I guess the mobile order ordered a bunch but alas, I also wanted some, so i asked for some because i’m paying to eat here like them except i’m actually here. The girl proceeded to ask the other lady bagging chips if “they were giving them out up front”…as if the mobile order wasn’t half way prepared with chips (i overheard they ordered 7 bags, she had already made 4) and there was still an entire bin full. Atp i’m fully prepared to karen because, there’s no way you’re about to tell me I can’t have chips when there’s an entire bin full. Luckily, they were logical enough to not deny my chips (because you clearly had enough to begin with). HOWEVER, I got home and they had only given me like 10 chips to fill the bottom of the bag. So while I was gonna let the entire experience slide originally, I am now not doing that as I hate spending money at over priced restaurants just to receive the bare minimum! Read moreI went to chipotle on 12/21/24 & the doors say they open at 10:45 well… it was 11:21 when they finally open and started serving food . I as well as others , we’re in there waiting while they were prepping. No one acknowledged the customers nor apologized for the wait. I was first in line the girl whose were serving me where light skins with curly hair and had black headphones in her ear . She was rude . As if we wasn’t waiting on them since 10:45am . I use to work at chipotle. I worked there for years . There was no greeting, no smiles , no proper preparing or anything else in the matter . I asked for extra steak and the first scoop she gave me before I asked for extra was a half of spoon , I know the portions and sizes the meat that supposed to be cut . That was not it . I asked for extra and she immediately had an attitude . Then gave me a few extra pieces like 6 pieces . I’m very disappointed , especially being that I use to work at 3 different locations including this one when they first opened years back . Idk who they have working here but they are not good representatives for the company. They have the worst customer service ever ! Read moreThe food is ok when they actually have everything and aren’t missing half the items. Every time I go to this Chipotle they are missing major menus items. The service is never good because there’s hardly any staff to begin with and when there is everyone looks lost. I always pay in cash and give exact change to avoid getting change back and my last time there I gave exact change and when he gave me my cash back he gave me cash and change so I told him he put what I gave him in the register wrong because I shouldn’t be getting loose change back and he said nope, that’s what the register says. I didn’t argue because how can you argue with a fool? I was shorted a $1 but it wasn’t worth arguing at that point. But something really does need to change here. The staff clearly doesn’t care and it reflects on the food and service being given. Y’all need to close down if you don’t have important main items and open up when you do have it. I also someone next to me say they had too much sour cream on their bowl and to have some taken off and the guy used the sour cream spoon to take it off the bowl and tomato’s from the mild went onto the spoon and the spoon was put back in the sour cream bin and there was no thought that if someone is allergic to tomato’s what could happen if they got sour cream and accidentally ate a tomato.
