I had the pleasure of visiting Diablos for the first time, and it was an experience I won’t forget! I was introduced to the owner through a friend, and she was so warm and welcoming—she even hugged me! Not every day you meet an owner who treats customers like family.
My friend and I enjoyed some of the best tacos ever. The flavors were incredible, and they had this white sauce (I wish I knew the name!) that was amazing and took the meal to the next level. Every bite burst with fresh, authentic flavors that left us wanting more.
The atmosphere at Diablos is just as inviting as the food. The restaurant has a cozy, vibrant vibe that makes you feel right at home. It’s the perfect place to catch up with friends, enjoy a casual meal, or even celebrate a special occasion. You can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into creating a space that brings people together.
Another fantastic thing about Diablos is that they offer gift cards, which I think is a brilliant idea for Christmas gifts. It’s the perfect way to support local businesses while giving someone a delicious treat. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, a gift card from Diablos is a thoughtful gesture anyone would love.
As a small business owner myself, I love supporting the local community, and Diablos is exactly the kind of place that deserves it. The food, the atmosphere, and the wonderful people make it a true gem. Highly...
Read moreI have been here many times and enjoy it. The food isn't amazing but good. Prices are probably the same as everywhere else (a little high for what you get). Was there around 6:45pm on a Wednesday night and it was quiet (last few times have been like that). This time I ordered the chicken nachos to go. Felt like they were fair with all the toppings but they forgot the side of queso(the main event for nachos). I asked for it and they gave me the side of queso. I asked if that was the normal amount they put on the nachos( looked a little small) and stuttered a bit when I asked my question (I do that sometimes 🫠). What got me was the young lady raising her eyebrows, quoting back what I said to her in a "tone". I calmly restated my question about the amount of queso and ended up paying for another side of queso (which I am fine with. I don't mind paying for extra). When I paid I wasn't given the option to rate my experience or tip, perhaps she was worried I'd rate them low. Perhaps she was having a bad day but this definitely tainted my experience. You as a worker know most answers. Your customers don't always know the answers, so just learned how to answer their questions without an attitude or tone. That is a skill that will take you...
Read moreDo NOT go to Diablos until you read this! Now that I have your attention, GO to Diablos with everyone you know. This isn't just another taco stand. This is a brick & mortar restaurant that offers amazing hand crafted food items. All food is made straight from the heart and soul. I remember when Diablos first opened. I was quick to try it, and like every drug I was hooked. NOBODY IS PAYING ME To write this. This is coming from feelings. Above all the owner is such a great person. I had the first opportunity to actually chat with him at a recent festival held at Twelve Oak Estate in Lexington. I was One of many DJ's performing. We don't generally get to eat because were busy, and wrapped up in production. The owner and staff were packing up. I politely asked if he could just this one time make me a rice bow. Without hesitation he insisted on making me a bowl to go. I felt relieved knowing I could eat, and drive home safely after my event. From my heart to the bowl (soul) thank you Diablos of Lexington. Thank you to the owner, and thank you to the staff. I'm DJ Nikko and this is my story...
