I’ve been coming to this dominos for a while and it’s been going downhill the past year and a half. I’ve come in multiple times to who I believe is the General Manager yelling at both employees and customers, being extremely rude and disrespectful. Multiple occasions she has seemed higher than a kite and not well put together. I’ve seen her with half colored hair and looking like she just woke up. Not very professional, and not a good face for the company. I’ve never gotten my CARRY OUT order in under 45 minutes on a Saturday. Recently I have waited in the lobby for an hour and 10 minutes before I asked for my order to be cancelled entirely and left to get something else. I prefer to order during the week when the gentleman with facial hair is running things. He has always been kind and courteous, even when obviously stressed because he is the only one making any of the food. Along with the red haired manager, but I haven’t seen her in a while (and it shows that she has not been there as well. I thought she was the general manager until she corrected me one day while she was taking care of my order, she should have been the general manager)
I think my time with this dominos is drawing shorter, the pizza isn’t worth the trouble to go through, or the drama to witness when I go to pick it up. I hope that I’m just catching the manager on bad days, though that’s honestly still not an excuse for the things I have...

Hi Domino’s Family,
I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU—not just for the five-star pizza, but for being the unsung heroes of my sanity on a night when life was throwing every kind of chaos my way.
You see, while y’all were prepping a simple cheese pizza, I was in the middle of navigating a divorce, dealing with dramatic mid-life stuff, managing kids, and handling business negotiations like a boss. I didn’t need a gourmet meal. I didn’t need fancy. I needed reliable, hot, cheesy comfort food—and your team DELIVERED.
The pizza came right on time, perfectly made, and honestly? It was more than just dinner. It became a quiet moment of peace for me and my kids while the storm raged around us.
Your driver was prompt, polite, and probably had no idea they were handing my son an emotional life raft we needed that night. But they did. And it mattered.
So to the team who made that pizza and the driver who got it to us—please know you were part of something bigger than an order. You were part of a moment where a mom sat on her porch, surrounded by her kids, taking a breath of peace she hadn’t had in weeks. You were part of the night I claimed my life back—slice by slice.
From the bottom of my heart (and very full belly)—thank you.

Read moreI see all the bad reviews and I was waiting in the lobby when 2 of the owners were making pizzas. A guy yelled at the worker saying his pizza was ordered over an hour ago. The owner very nicely said that when placing the orders on the internet that the computer cannot see how many orders were placed at the exact same time. So the screen will be clear with only a few pizzas to make then at the rush hour there might be 100 pizzas added and then that makes your order that you think should be ready in 20 minutes not be ready for an hour. The owner also said that they are extremely short staffed. And that when customers yell at the people who do show up they may decide to quit thanks to that customer that yelled. The world is short staffed. Anywhere you go there is a long wait. Most places just close and offer nothing. I dont know how many times I have gone to a McDonalds and there is only 1 worker, or the place is just closed. Or the employees say they closed an hour ago. So I see all these complaints and everyone just needs to recognize people are doing all they can at this location. When I looked around no one was just standing there. They were working as hard as they possibly could and as fast as they could.
BE KIND TO THOSE WHO SHOWED UP, THEY ARE WORKING LONGER HOURS DUE TO THE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SIT AT HOME...
