I placed my order at 9:01pm. The estimated time for delivery was between 9:25 -9:32. I paid $4.99 plus a $5 tip for the driver. My order showed it was complete at 9:17 and was not delivered until 10:08. I spent over 25 minutes waiting on hold and was continually forwarded to individuals on who were not able to help me. When I was finally connected to the store, I asked if it was the lexington location. The person who answered (Amanda) hesitated and responded as if I had said something rude. I asked her if my tone or what I asked was not appropriate. She never asked me what I was calling about she just continually asked what my address was. I tried to explain to her that my order was 30+ minutes late and the driver knocked on the door, when it said in the instructions to please not knock. I then asked who I was speaking to and if I could speak to the manager. She told me that she was the manager. I asked for her name and she would only give me her first name, which is Amanda. I asked again if she was the manager and she again replied, yes. I asked for her last name and she wouldn’t provide it the first few time I asked. I asked if she would spell her last name and she would not. She then repeatedly asked me what I wanted and I told her I would like to speak with the store manager about the order. She was very rude and the conversation then escalated. If the calls are recorded, I invite to please listen. She never asked me why I was calling and would only provide me with the details about the drivers location. I have ordered from your store often over the years without any problems. My entire goal in trying to reach the store was to ask what happened with my order and why it was late and cold. The dominos customer service is a lengthy automated process and when I was finally able to speak to someone at your store, I was immediately treated as if I had done something wrong for calling. I understand that things happen and sometimes timelines can not be met. Read moreI was very disappointed with the service I received at this location. I placed an online order for a pepperoni, pepperoni & sausage, & beef medium pizzas. My order came wrong. Everything was sausage. No beef. My boyfriend doesn’t eat pork so it was important that we got this issue fixed. I called the store and after being on hold for 3 minutes I decided to drive to the location and stayed on hold the whole time. I walked through the door on hold (8 min plus at this point) while several employees were in the location working. In my opinion no reason someone is not taking the incoming phone calls. I immediately asked to speak with the manager. She comes to the front and I explain my first problem is that I am still on hold while standing in her store. She proceeds to get defensive trying to explain what each employee is doing. She says she is short staffed which is bull as there are 5 employees plus herself. Seemed fully staffed to me on a Saturday night. I asked her to politely to give me a beef pizza. She then asked me who had a slice out of the box. I said lady I’m not about to do this with you. My receipt clearly says beef I ate a slice to confirm it was in fact sausage. Funny thing is I am writing this review while sitting in the lobby listening to their phone ring non stop and not one employee is taking the time to answer the phone. Read moreIncredibly poor service. I’m in a hotel 3 minutes from this shop. Pizza arrived 35 minutes later, burnt and no garlic sauces which were ordered and paid for. Delivery guy is not at fault. Sauces promised to be delivered immediately, but never happened. As a local chef, I understand customer service. This was inexcusable. It seems that if you are in the hotel, who cares about the quality of your food.. you’re a transient and not relied on for repeat business. I am not. I am a local restaurant owner and chef.
