Frank's Donuts — Restaurant in Lexington

I called before i came to ask if they had chocolate glazed donuts with walnuts on top and was told yes. So drive all the way here to be told No and all three employees couldnt even understand english. Worst experience ever! I asked for a raspberry filled donut and she couldnt understand what i was saying. How can you have employees working, and cant even understand english to serve you what your wanting? So i pointed at the chocolate glaze and said just give me one of those. And was shocked at the price. Couldnt see the donut she had it in a closed box, come to my car open it to four chocolate donuts i was wondering why it was so expensive. Dont waste your time here, Find a better donut shop...

If you want a professional place I do not recommend you that place on E third street :I am very disappointed I have been at this place since 4:20 because the website said they open at 4:30 but nobody showed up this place is very unprofessional one of the worked showed up at 4:50 and she told me they change the schedule for the pandemic so they will open at 5 am. So I called my boss becauseof then I was already late at work , and she came back she said the baker did not show up yet so my waiting timers extended to 1 more hour so now I have problem in my job because they unprofessional behavior . used to love going here and getting these donuts but every single time we go now they don’t have what you ask for it. It doesn’t matter what time you go. So today we pull up an order two glaze donuts and two maple donuts. Im told off top that they are out of maple to make another decision. So then I’ll make another decision and ask for the caramel they are out of that or they don’t carry that so then I just said OK four glaze donuts and then they only had three I don’t understand how this is every single time I go.
