Our order took almost an hour to get to my house and after it got here I was missing the other half of my giant sub. I called and the guy I talked said "he made the order and put it in the bag." After I told him numerous times I didn't get that half of the sub he offered to give me "credit" towards my next order which I told him no. I wanted what I paid for. They re delivered my other half of the sub and the driver told me she had made the sub and put it in the bag herself. I'm not a huge fan of being called a liar. I'm very happy that they fixed the issue but not happy at all with basically being called a liar by two different people. Might not order from here again. Read moreCouldn't fill my own drink for a pickup order, person who made the drink didn't even fill it up all the way. Good thing I checked! The response? "My bad." They didn't cut my toasted sub in half (which I should've also checked), and almost every time I've ordered from them, they don't cut the sandwich in half when I request it, like it's that difficult of a request. They also didn't put napkins in the bag. What's the point of instructions on online ordering if they're going to ignore them? Probably gonna give a different location a try next time I want...
Read moreI have ordered from this place 3 times in the last week, 2 of the three orders have been wrong. 1 st order was fine, 2nd they left out my drinks and other sides, 3rd they delivered to the wrong address, and left out items. When I called they said they" didn't have a delivery driver and it was the Uber or doordash problem" . And were not willing to fix the lack of food. Either way, leaving out items is a store problem.
