We ordered Curbside pickup a couple days ago and paid for it, we were in a Lyft and good thing the Lyft Driver was cool because there is no marked areas for Curbside pickup. The Phone numbers that are provided in the app were not being answered as well as the direct phone number we couldn't get any answer at all. We couldn't get anyone to open the door either even thought there were ten girls I'm assuming employees having a good old time simply shaking their heads from side to side as if No was a Language that they were not taking a chance the chance on going without. This dog and pony show they call customer service curbside pick up went on for approximately 15 minute until we until we decided to ask the lyft driver to get in line at the drive-through which was already backed up about 10 cars past the beginning of the actual drive through area in each of the 2 lines the 2 lines. Then once at the ordering speaker we were told to pull directly to then 2nd window but was stopped at the first window and asked for our order number. After giving her the the order number she begin to tell us that there was no order for that order number even though the woman at the Ordering speaker speaker had already told us and verified and verified our order and to pull to the 2nd window meanwhile meanwhile as we're still trying trying to reiterate the fact that we've already distinguished once again the fact that we no without window a window to be at is number 2 and not number one. We ended up just pulling away from pickup window one because she wouldn't give us the ok to do so. Once at win2dow two we received our order and we were finally on out way. The really issue is that there is not designated spot or spots for online Curbside pickup spots. There are Plenty of drive-thru order wait lines spots along with Uber eats parking spots. ÑEVERTHELESS, I promise I won't be returning that McDonald's never again and I live right around the corner from it. Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this McDonald’s, all because of the nighttime manager, who I was told is named Wendy.
I placed an order through the McDonald’s app like I’ve done plenty of times before. When I arrived to pick it up, an employee told me they were only accepting Uber Eats and DoorDash orders. I explained that I had already paid through the app, but they just repeated the same thing. I left, confused, then came back after seeing in the app that you have to contact the store directly for a refund. Since I couldn’t get my money or my food, I tried again.
I was told to pull up to the first window to speak with the manager. That’s when Wendy came into the picture — immediately rude and dismissive. She waved me over like I was bothering her, didn’t ask for my code, didn’t check anything, and just said, “The system is down, can’t do it.” I asked for a refund, and she brushed it off, saying, “It’ll go back,” which is not how the app works. Then she slammed the window and walked off.
Thankfully, a much younger employee stepped up, asked for my code, and helped me get my food. He handled it better than the manager ever did.
But once I got the food, the burger had so much mayo piled on that it was inedible for me personally. I honestly don’t even feel comfortable saying it was a mistake — it felt intentional. After the way Wendy treated me, I couldn’t help but wonder if she had something to do with that. It just left me feeling uneasy and disrespected.
Wendy had no interest in helping, no professionalism, and absolutely no business being in a management position. It’s sad when a teenager has more maturity and customer service skills than the person in charge. I won’t be returning at night until there’s a new...
Read moreProbably my worst McDonald's experience. Came into the drive thru and it was empty. I pull Into the lane that the only person just left. Sits there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I speak up and hear nothing. I look over and they are serving the person behind me in the other lane. I goto the curb side spot since I'm being ignored. I place my order and wait...and wait. After a while I start looking at the reviews because I felt this was ridiculous. So I go and knock on the door and they just ignore even turned their back. I had to attach the picture because I can't for the life of me understand how you could be so rude at a restaurant. So I get back into my car because after 15 minutes no one brought my mobile order so I go into the drive thru again. Now this time I tell them what I have been dealing with since after about 20 minutes this is the first person I was able to speak to. So she doesn't help and says the manager is up there at the second window. I go to the next window and they're acting like it's my fault. Even had the audacity to ask if it was the right McDonald's. I ask would you like to see the order details? It has the address and what I ordered. She starts arguing with me and after another set amount of time they give me the order that has been sitting there so you can only imagine my frustration. I'll never be returning to this McDonald's again in my life. Should've read the other reviews first. Smh. This was worse than the McDonald's in Baltimore MD and I thought that would be hard to top but when you just don't care you shouldn't be in the food...
