I work at a facility where most people can't leave during working hours. That means the one person who can will go pick up lunch for many people. Every time I've gone to Rush's, they have been excellent about dealing with multiple orders and payments. I was a little concerned going today because it was drive through only. When I got there, I saw at least 8 cars ahead of me. I could not believe how quickly they moved through though! When I got to the speaker, I told the woman I had 4 orders and asked if they would accept them separately. She confirmed that they could do that. (I could clearly hear the woman in the car behind me getting upset). When I got to the window and started paying, they started handing me the drinks. As she processed my 4th card, they handed me my bag of food. I really appreciate everyone that is going out of their way to make life continue as smoothly as possible and a special shout out to Rachel for accommodating me today. Many hungry bellies...

Staff was awesome. Younger guy took our order. He was a riot! Wish I got his name. Tall African American guy. Found myself cutting up with him, asked a ton of questions about the food, and asked for his recommendation on what to order, since I've never been before. Our visit was on 9/16. Rush's; y'all need to insure you don't lose that guy to another business! But all the staff was equally as nice!
The food was quickly prepared, hot and good! Got the double cheeseburger, added bacon at the suggestion of the employee, fries and tea. Not sure what my wife burger my wife ordered, but she got chili cheese fries as her side.
My only complaint? The sweet tea. Just wasn't the overly sweet southern tea we're used to here. Wasn't horrible, but certainly not as memorable as other...
Read moreSent my son to pick up dinner tonight. He came home and we discovered that a BBQ sandwich had been left out of the order. I left my family, eating their hot meals, to go back to the restaurant to pick up the BBQ sandwich. I went to the door, locked….I tried calling and got an answering machine (really?!?) so I was forced to enter the drive thru line, which was busy. I got to the window and was asked for the receipt, which I presented to them. The girl at the window handed me a sandwich and said “Here ya go.” Not an apology for leaving the sandwich out, not sorry your dinner will be cold now, not have a nice day…..NOTHING!! I had to go back to the restaurant to correct YOUR mistake and spend 30 minutes of my time correcting YOUR mistake and I don’t even get an apology?!? This speaks VOLUMES about your customer service!
