Wendy's — Restaurant in Lexington

TODAY, I WENT TO THIS WENDY'S LOCATION ON BOARDWALK (LEXINGTON, KY. ) FOR MY DAD AND, NEICE. AND, JUST AS SOON AS I TAKE THEIR FOOD BACK HOME TO THEM, MY NEICE OPENS HER BAG OF FOOD & FINDS A SPIDER RIGHT ON THIS INSIDE OF HER BAG!! WE COULDN'T BELIEVE OUR EYES AS WELL AS BEING COMPLETELY DISGUSTED!! AND,THIS IS THE VERY REASON THAT I JUST REFUSE TO EAT AT THE MAJORITY OF RESTAURANTS ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN. THEN, WHEN I IMMEDIATELY, TAKE ALL THE FOOD & DRINKS BACK, I BECAME EVEN MORE BESIDE MYSELF TO REALIZE THAT THE MANAGER "BRITTNEY" WAS THE ACTUAL PERSON THAT GAVE ME OUR FOOD AT THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW. I FOUND THIS INFORMATION OUT WHEN I WENT INSIDE OF THIS LOCATION TO RETURN THE ENTIRE ORDER. AND, ALSO ASK FOR A REFUND. IT WAS SIMPLY MIND-BOGGLING TO HAVE THE MANAGER LOOK AT ME; SAYING THAT SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHY THE SPIDER WAS IN THE BAG!! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY ENTIRE 45yrs OF LIFE WITH A RESTAURANT. AND, THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY TO DEEP CLEAN THE ENTIRE BUILDING!! AND, NOT CONTINUE TO SELL ANYTHING UNTIL A THOROUGH...

Id say 95% of time I have no issues here. I ask for my extra ghost pepper ranch I get it. No questions asked except one time the lady would only give me three. When I had so much food I know I asked for 6 but like that literally was what I needed so everyone would have one. It's not like I had 10 nuggets and asking for 6 extra. I had a crap ton of food for me and other people. Like charge for the sauces I would not have cared to paid for it all. But that's not an option right now unfortunately. But minus that one time with that lady it's always been great. Fresh and really good. People are nice they don't keep you waiting. And if they can't get to the counter they let me know they will be right there not just look at me and say nothing. Minus that one time for me I haven't had issues and definitely...

I ordered the $2 Dave’s double ( national promotion product) I ordered online and was charged $6.69. I assumed they would take the amount off at check out. When I ask the girl at the drive through about it. She said “ where do you get the idea of a Dave’s double being $2? I said it’s a national promotion!! She said they took $4.29 off of the burger. I said do a normal Dave’s double is over $10? She said well you got a large chilli! ( what does that have to do with my burger being priced wrong? ) the mgr on the phone was clueless he knew what I was talking about but offered no refund or even a apology for the drive Thur girl being rude to a customer!! Avoid this location!! As expensive as they are the customer service should be top notch but they are rude...
