I started this review with the intent to share the poor experience I had the other day and how I was treated by some new employees but I have decided to instead share with you a review of an employee of this establishment named Mr.Kenny. I’ve been coming here for a very long time. Often around 0700 when I’m coming home from work. Mr.Kenny is usually the person that greets me on the weekend mornings. I have seen this man sweep the parking lot (even in rain), take out trash, sweep, mop, run the register, cook (I’m sure much more), all while being kind, polite and a smile on his face. He is a breath of fresh air in the food service industry. He goes above and beyond and if anything is wrong or unsatisfactory even if it’s not on his shift, he will do whatever he can to make it right. I see you Mr.Kenny and I thank you for being the human being you are. You may not realize it but your character is noticed and you are appreciated deeply. I look forward to stopping and knowing you will be there because I know my food will be fresh, correct and you always ask me how I’m doing. I hope this establishment recognizes you and your hard work and dedication. You deserve to be noticed and acknowledged for what all you do. After all, you are the only reason I continue to spend my money at this location and the only reason I gave it 5 stars. Read moreI am not one to leave poor reviews, but this had to be left. I was with a group of around 8 or so on 6/4/17. Not only did it take around 30 minutes for them to actually take all of our orders, but it took myself 25 minutes, and they still did not get me my smoothie. I approached them asking, and she said. "I don't know, I thought we already made." I just asked for my money back. At that moment I asked where someone else food was that was in our party, and they said they would work on it. 45 minutes from the time we came in, she finally got her food. They said they were short staffed, which if it was true, I would have totally understood, but there were three employees, and we were the only customers inside. I might add this was around 11 at night. The cashier was easily one of the most unprofessional, rude employee I have ever dealt with. Not to mention she seemed high. I would include quotes from her, but I have better things to do.. Like offering professional customer service to my clients.

Read moreI don't like to leave negative reviews but they do not have the full capacity to process Uber Eats orders, yet they are still taking them. They sent my order out of the restaurant with 1/2 of it missing. I called, they said that I would have to take it up with Uber if I wanted a refund. I told them I would place another order so that everyone could get their food, spending more money, if they could at least put out missing items in the bag, and they said they would. I placed another order. They called me and said they were out of what we ordered but they did not have the tablet that allows them to refund items in their store, so I would still be responsible for canceling my own order again. Uber is flagging my requests now as invalid because I have requested too many refunds already due to this issue, despite no fault of my own.
