Used to love WZ and order from them all of the time. But tonight will be the last. First strike was when the driver didn't have change and we ended up having to spend something like $12 extra. This was after calling ahead and being assured that they could totally break a fifty. The driver wasn't informed of this, so I hold him in no way at fault. Next we noticed that we weren't even delivered the right order. Instead of mac and cheese wedges, we were brought soggy, cold cheese fries. Those went straight to the trash. Our coupon code didn't work on the website, so we had the call the store and place the order via phone. An order which was never read back to us after placing it. The store was called and the best they could offer was $10 in store credit, which doesn't help much when the pitiful amount of wings and onion rings that you just paid $31 for are inedible and you never intend upon ordering from them again. When my boyfriend called and asked about a refund, the manager was unbelievably rude and literally slammed the phone and hung up. We even offered to drive to the store immediately and bring them the uneaten food snd receipt as proof. Very disappointed in the literal trash that their model of customer service has become. And this is coming from two people who work in the restaurant industry ourselves and are generally incredibly...

So yesterday I call 08/07/2022 and I talked to the night shift manager he handled the situation NICELY and supposedly gave me my credit on that account. So I call back today 08/08/2022 to redeem my messed up order and was told I'm banned... I ask the lady how was I banned and she said the managers both said i was banned ... it just doesn't make sense ! Besides all these managers at this store is just rude coming from being a STORE MANAGER myself I would never treat any of my customers or future customers like they talked and treated me. The crazy thing is they come right up to my job and always nice but that could be the non managers not sure but not to mention that I am dollar general right across the street been there for almost 3 years now but they won't have to worry about me anymore I am fully upset with this company and wish they can have a better attitudes. I put an online pick up order in through DoorDash and got there about 15 minutes after the pick up time. Walked in the store and started to ask for my order when this Awful, rude lady cut me off before I could even say the order name telling me it wasn’t ready, to wait outside. So I checked that the ready time was actually 15 minutes ago, came back in with my friend who had the app pulled up on his phone. When we walked in the lady told us to get out, we did not and explained that our order is ready. She finally then looked for our order which was of course sitting on the shelf the whole time. As we were leaving she yells “You know it only takes one person to pick up an order” at us, which okay, we tried one person but apparently not. Then she starts quietly talking to another person behind the counter and pointing at us, not even making an effort to hide the trash talking.
I’m not sure if the manager is aware of this or even cares but all of this was so unprompted, I won’t be coming back to this...
