Fire and Grill is new to the area. Found it on the way to Gene and Jude's. Since I've had G&J many times, I stopped into Fire and Grill to try something new. Man was I happy I did that!! First impression walking in...VERY clean, great design (barrel vaulted ceiling was cool!), and you could see the multi-chicken rotisserie doing its thing. First guy at the register was polite and ready to go when I first walked up. No waiting. Ordered the grilled chicken wrap with fries and a drink. Here's where the fun starts to happen. I am waiting at the counter and half watching an old episode of Friends on the huge TV Fire had in their dining room when a guy in the kitchen whips out this huge 3 foot long hand held torch and begins to literally torch the inside of the rotisserie grill. My first thought is oh-my-God something is wrong with the grill and this is what they have to do to make sure the chicken is sufficiently cooked. NOPE! The guy is stoking the charcoal! I know this because he stops to explain that what he is doing is helping to put that awesome charcoal grilled flavor into their seasoned chicken! UM...AWESOME! The guy goes back to torching, but this time you can hear and smell the charcoal popping and sparking. It was so interesting to watch, I am shocked that they did not somehow make this a centerpiece for customers to watch when they come in. This alone makes a statement. Now I am really excited to have a charcoal grilled chicken wrap, but I've realized I made a mistake. A third guy is gently stirring a huge wok of homemade mac'n cheese. It was so creamy and delicious looking. Why the heck didn't I get that instead of the fries as my side?! There is always next time I suppose. Anyway, out comes the food! Everything is steaming hot and the presentation was simple. The wrap was the size of an extra large burrito and the fries are those slightly crunchy and lightly breaded kind. I believe they also lightly grilled the wrap also. Nice touch! It was everything your brain told you it was going to be. Their special sauce was also a welcoming addition, but I am not sure you even needed it. Oh, and the fries ended up being the perfect (tasty) complement to the wrap. Everything was absolutely delicious! BTW, the chicken wrap could feed 2 medium sized people. I am 6'4" at 280 lb. I 'almost' finished the wrap and did not finish the fries. On my way out I also noticed that they allowed other businesses in the area to put some of their business cards and little flyers on the counter. I was happy to see that although they are brand new, they are going to partner with and promote the local neighborhood economy! Love it! Next time I visit, I want to see some simple take out menus readily available (or stapled to each receipt) to promote back at the office. I didn't see any on my way out, but I also was not stopping to look or ask for one. Nice job Fire and Grill! I'll be returning and getting some of that...

First and foremost the food was delicious, I ate the cold wings and fries later that day and it was still bomb. My issues come from deceptive marketing. Me and my son wanted a large meal and we saw on the menu the grilled chicken bowls that all looked huge with a whole breast of chicken each over nice rice and vegetables all smothered in a middle eastern sauce. 13 dollars each so not cheap we we ordered them. They were in reality incredibly tiny and nothing like the menu pictures they took themselves not even the same dish. One small scoop or rice. Maybe 1/3 or less of a chicken breast cubed up and very few vegetable and salad on it like 20 cents worth by my experiencenat restaurant jobs. Extremely disappointed and I felt lied to but I already paid so I ate, delicious but not worth more then 6 to 7 tops. My mother begged them to please replace the rice on a chicken order for potatoes even if they charged more but they refused saying they all come like that ahead of time which is a lie I worked at a grilled chicken restaurant before I know how it gets plated beforehand and she nearly left feeling disappointed I convinced her to get wings and fries which she did and enjoyed but didn't get them until everyone at the table was done. They also expect you to tip on the counter when it's not a restaurant with wait staff or real service... I always feel bad not tiping but I was kinda angry they denied my mother a simple request that costs them nothing so at the end I wouldn't have. Overall delicious food but I will not be returning to a place that deceives in its marketing.

Atmosphere was horrible mostly because of the girl upfront constantly ignoring us despite us being in front of her. Kinda felt like they just wanted us gone. 😕 it was our first time there and everyone was looking lost and having a hard time deciding and instead of making a suggestion or asking anything she just kept ignoring us and talking to someone else while I kept having to interrupt for her to look our way and...

I tried the Fire & Grill yesterday for take out order. I ordered 6-piece wings and fries in both Grilled and fried. I can say they were equally very good. Nice size and done just right. Juicy and good flavor with plenty of tasty fries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They informed me that the grilled wings only 4 were ready and I could wait a few minutes for the other two but offered to give me a leg and thigh in its place if I did not want to wait. I took them up on the offer and the grilled leg and thigh was also very good. I will be ordering from here again. The only thing I would say is that I did not see a bathroom available for those that want to dine in and wash your...

The food was FIRE!!! 🔥 I had the 6pc grilled bbq sauce chicken wings with fries and a Mountain Dew! It came out in 5 minutes and I was very satisfied. $13.50 it was amazing. Super flavorful, fries were seasoned and crispy! Chicken was full of flavor and well cooked perfectly. It came with ranch which I think is homemade! But it was all 10/10. I’ve been a huge fan of other wing places but this straight up trashes them! I’ll be coming here for now on! I can’t wait to come here again! If you’re dieting but want a good cheat meal this is it… You can get a 1/4 chicken grilled with rice and green beans. It’s great 👍🏼

My family and I tried a little bit of everything since it was our first time eating here and we will definitely be returning. The chicken was well seasoned and not dry at all. The rice had a little bit of spice to it which was lovely and satisfying. The mini potatoes, mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn were freshly made and served as great sides. They didn't feel like an after thought, you could tell they care for all the items on the menu. It was a satisfying meal and reasonably priced. Comfortable seating as well if you wanted to eat-in, service was great!
