McDonald's — Restaurant in Leyden Township

This place is really bad alot of the times i come after work like at 12-1 am half the time my meal is half cold and feels like they just microwaved my food because they didnt want to cook me fresh food. My friend buys a large fry and they werent even fully cooked still was partially cold and they tasted like cardboard. Me and my friend pull around and ask if she can make us a new large fry because this one was horrible and she says they are updating there systems which the lady who works at night says like every other day. And then we said we would just like a new fry and she just doesnt respond, i dont know how mcdonalds works but i didnt know they had to update there systems every other night, just seems like she doesnt want to work. Id like to keep coming to this mcdonalds but i come after 11pm so at night and the lady who works at night is always there and she never gives the receipt too to give a review even when i ask she just closes the window and walks away. I was never able to get her name but you will know if you go to this mcdonalds at night. Its a good mcdonalds when she is not there but when she is she just doesn't do her job right. Be careful coming here at night if its a older bigger lady at the window your food will potentially be cold. And who knows after writing this my food will be spitted in by her haha. I GIve two stars because of this lady if she wasnt there this mcdonalds would be very good. I only go at night bc thats when i get out of work and i am hungry so i dont know how it is in the mornings...

I'm giving 5stars to the employee that takes the money in the first window I see her everytime I get breakfast, wish I knew her name but she's always at the first window and I just gotta say she's incredible and have to give her big props for dealing with my complicated order of today. I went in the drive thru and a young girl I believe took my order and wasn't understanding which I know it happens but she tried and I went to the first window to confirm my order and she fixed with no problem even saved me money on some specials I didn't know about and was nice about me doing the most lol. She deserve more credit and hope I can let it be known. And for having all these drive thru cars coming back to back and still got my order right so I truly appreciate that, also the lady in the second window who was Hispanic and spoke to me in Spanish was real sweet gave me extra cream and suger without asking and that's what I like to get treated showing thoughtfulness as I would do the same. This McDonald's location was really awful from the service and the maintenance when it comes to the tables and the inside! No I am not looking for anything free at all....but now day's some McDonald's has changed a whole lot....this new young employees with this long nails preparing ur order I think is unsanitary also McDonald's always has enough staff to handle their rush and most busy hrs....but this particular location all tables where dirty after other people finish and left garbage was overflowing in most of the garbage cans ....sodas machine not clean up properly floor wet with no sign and some orders where dispatch wrong to few customers......this location needs to get their Region Management more involved....it was really...
