Doaba Indian Restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that instantly sets the tone for an amazing dining experience. The food is simply incredible. Every dish bursts with authentic flavors, perfectly balanced spices, and fresh ingredients. The butter chicken is rich and creamy, the biryani is fragrant and full of depth, and the naan is soft and perfectly cooked. Their vegetarian options are just as outstanding, with the paneer tikka and dal makhani being personal favorites. The service is top-notch—friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure you’re having a great experience. The staff clearly takes pride in the food they serve, and it shows in every bite. If you’re looking for an authentic Indian dining experience that will leave you craving more, Doaba Indian Restaurant is the place to go. Highly recommended

Update January '23: ordered out using doordash and it's worth noting how well indian food travels. The naan gets a little moist, but I still wish I had ordered more of it. The only minor disappointment was the biryani (out of 5 entrées). Still a 5 star option in my book. Unless your crowd is starving, each entree will easily feed two adults. Original review: I tried this with my parents on a whim and I'm impressed. They read the table correctly and served mild spice levels, though I would ask for a but more if on my own. Chicken Tikka masala, lamb saag, and bhangan bharta were all delicious. Portions are huge, we took home more than half of dinner. I'd love to come back. Come check it out-not busy on a Saturday night.

My wife and I came in today for dinner but after some time. We ordered Malai Kofta, Dal Bukhara, Bullet Naan and Lachha Paratha. If you are from North India or like real Punjabi zaika (taste/flavor) then this is the place to come. The food was awesome today 1. The paratha and naan were ordered well done and boy, they were ‘kadak’; for those who understand and love the authentic kadak roti’s of India 2. Daal Bukhara and Malai Kofta were really tasty with the kofta actually having nice stuffing 3. Portion sizes were quite good 4. We also ordered Gajar Halwa and Kheer. Kheer was flavorful and creamy as it should be and the Gajar Halwa was awesome with ghee flavor Loved it today!

FYI - Please check your bank or credit card statements when using your debit/credit card at this restaurant. I paid for 2 lunch buffets on 3/27/22 with my credit card and tipped the server with cash. When I went online to check my posted transactions, I noticed the person who ran my card gave himself an extra tip. I had to make a special trip to the restaurant today (4/1/22) just to resolve this. No big deal if I didn't live 35 minutes away. I had asked to speak with the owner several times only to be told he/she was very busy. He/she couldn't have been that busy considering there were only 2 people sitting there having lunch. The gentleman who refused to get the owner was the same gentleman who ran my card that day we ate there. He "claims" that perhaps the credit card company made a mistake. I doubt it was a CC error since my transaction was for $36.53, and yet my card was charged for an even $40. He just didn't expect me to catch it. Sure it wasn't a large dollar amount, but that's not the point. It's the principle of the matter. Had I not checked my transactions (and most people don't) I would not have caught it. Granted he did not make a huge fuss about it and returned a $5 bill to me, but I can't say if I'll ever eat here again because of this whole situation. It's unfortunate because I do love their food, but I can't justify supporting a business if I have to worry about being cheated when I use a card to pay for my food. I do hope the owner sees this post and addresses his/her employees about...

This place probably sells the best Indian food in town! I don't think there is any other place that sells food better than Doaba. The taste is just too good! That is why I have went here several times, but I have now officially stopped my visit here. The price of everything is outrageous and the quantity you receive is so little. For example, their chicken biryani is the size of a kids meal. Absolutely disgusting. Quality is not the only thing that matters, quantity matters too or else don't charge ridiculous prices. I think the pricing of the food menu here is the reason why every time I have come here, the place is empty... I am the only customer usually. If you are rich and have too much cash laying around, sure, I'd recommend this place because you will need to spend a lot of money as the food quantity is very poor. If this restaurant doesn't stop charging ridiculous prices on items that is the size of a small kids meal, I don't think they will...
