Bibibop is typically my FAVORITE place to eat when I am in Kenwood! (sometimes I will even go out of my way to make a trip out just bc my bf and I are craving it) The portion size, the endless options to customize your bowl, and the price is amazing! Not to mention it reheats very well if you don’t finish it all.
Well, I recently I started working in West Chester right around the corner from the Liberty Location and have been so excited all Week to come in! I’ve literally talked about it everyday. Today I finally came in and I have to say my very first impression was how extremely saddened I was by the smaller white bowls. (Yeah yeah not “smaller” lol) but in all seriousness, the size and shape makes it much more difficult to mix everything around, I honestly feel like I got less, and I definitely got charged more than what I normally do! None of which is not typical at all. I come here because I truly love the food and the portions really make the drive worth it (I live about 25-30 minutes from Kenwood and 35 from Liberty)
I definitely feel like Bipobop is a MUCH better option over most other “buffet style” “fast food” places… (you know who I speak of 😜) The food was still great and the employees working were kind but those few things I mentioned above I am not pleased with. I always get double meat with half chicken half steak and am confident I am never charged for meat three times 😩.
All in all I can be very forgiving, but I reallyyyy realllyyyy hope you don’t keep the small white bowls or integrate them into the other locations.
Enough of my ranting, you guys have a great day! I hope to hear back. ☺️
p.s. I would LOVE to see a bipibop go into Anderson/Eastgate area!! Perhaps were the old...
Read moreNot only did they forget my manifesto cookie that I paid $3 for BUT my online order that I had order for ASAP pickup wasn’t ready when I arrived and I had to wait 40 minutes. Within that 40 minutes no one once asked me if I had been helped or what I was waiting on. The cashier let the person serving the food struggle on his own when she could’ve been helping and she sat there as the online order receipts piled up. As time went on a line began to form so finally I asked the cashier if I my order could be made as it had been 40 long minutes, I had an appointment to be at and nothing was seeming to get done. When I got there it was empty, when I left the line was out the door. Maybe the cashier should help or hire more workers? That poor boy on line/serving was fighting for his life trying to get everyone’s food as well as making the online orders. Eventually someone who was sweeping stepped in to help him but the whole thing was chaotic, ridiculous and could’ve been avoided. I’m so disappointed in this location. So disappointed. My food wasn’t on time, I never got my cookie AND I was late to my appointment and wasn’t able to eat until afterwards (2 hours later). If I could get my money back I would. After today’s shenanigans this place...
Read moreThis was our first time here And we had a few questions about the menu.. our son's allergic to a lot of things so we want to make sure we didn't pick something on the menu that would make him sick. Darcey was very rude and seemed very bother that we were taking longer than 2 minutes to order. Multiple times I asked him to please slow down and let us make our decision but he seemed to huff and puff and care less. As a business owner I would never treat any of my customers this way. The food was definitely overrated. He made no eye contact, no customer service heck We weren't even greeted or asked if we needed anything else. I let the manager know as well. And they both seem to care less. I'm here on out anyone that I greet or meet I'll let him know how bad the service was at the Liberty township location and that Darcy shouldn't be in the customer service role if he has no customer service skills. He seems to set the pace for the whole line as well In my opinion the management needs to be retrained and Darcy was very very rude. Made us feel like a number and not a customer. WE...
