Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Liberty Township

I ordered two large pizza and one of them the Detroit style and I find a piece of ham a big piece not just a small piece in my pizza and I believe the pork has fat. It’s spread on the pizza when it cooked and I talked to the store manager, and he was rude with me and he use the F word first because I told him your store located around a very large Muslim community, which means you have to be careful if you want customers to come to your store or buy pizza or order pizza from your store, you have to care about what they can eat what they cannot eat, and he said I don’t care about your religion and he kept yelling if you can have the call recorded. Just listen to it and see how rude this tour manager, and from now on I’m going to tell everybody in this community Muslim community to abandoned this jet pizza and not go to it anymore, until you guys sold this problem and I will start from now telling everybody about the incident. You can’t mark the pizza with other food certain people from other religions can’t eat it but the store manager stupid enough to think it’s okay and not a big deal all people can eat ham and he can use it to make the pizza with it . I ended up throwing the pizza in the trash when jets pizza was my favourite restaurant but not anymore and I’ll continue telling everyone abut how stupid the store manager and the stupid label to make the difference between his...

Just wanted to give this location kudos for "making it right!" I ordered my usual a couple of weeks ago & got it delivered. I opened it to discover that it was seriously overcooked & it looked dry, not juicy as I'm accustomed to. I called to complain & was asked if I wanted a credit or a new pizza, which I accepted & picked up while receiving numerous apologies for the error. I picked it up, was shown the new one, which was perfect [!], and the extremely nice young lady, I wish I could remember her name, again offered apologies, not excuses like the Mason location did this past weekend, nearly ruining my birthday dinner. I've never had a bad order at this location & I appreciate their amazing service!

This place must be under new management, new "in store" leadership, or the inmates are running the asylum. I've always had a great experience at this location, been coming here since they opened across the street. And then there was tonight...I can't believe the rating starts with 1 star...they deserve much less! I always place the same order, they have always gotten it right. I ordered two deep dish, turbo crust, pepperoni pizzas. I told them, "charge me as much as necessary. I want so much extra pepperoni overlapped that when it shrinks, it's still covered". What I received was two pizzas with 2 or 3 slices of pepperoni per slice. That is a regular pepperoni pizza! I called to inform them of the error. What I got was a stupid girl telling me how it is impossible to make my pizza. I will find a pizza place that wants my "extra money" and is willing to charge me and install...
