McDonald's — Restaurant in Liberty Township

THIEF- Avoid at all COSTS! In my opinion, the male manager (James) who was there on Sunday, 5/19, around 9:00 a.m., is running a theft operation with the mobile orders! I ordered a breakfast sandwich That comes with the square egg. I asked them at the window if I could get the round egg instead, and the person who I know now to be the manager on shift said no. I begged him, literally said an additional please, and his response was, “We can't do that, ma’am.” My response was, yes, you can, but it's okay if you're unwilling to. I told them not to cash me out because I would go somewhere else for breakfast (Dunkin or Starbucks). That James (I'd prefer to use two words, one starting with M and the other with F) cashed me out anyway. I checked the app while driving down the street, saw he had stolen my money, and called them. He admitted to taking MY money intentionally!!!!!! Stating that he must process all of the orders. What?!?!?? He then proceeded to tell me that he could only issue a refund in person, so I had to drive back there. Remember, he had no contact information for me or anything and stated he could not process a refund without me there. So, if I didn't call them to ask about the charge, how was I going to get a refund for food I never received?!?!?!? This man is LITERALLY, ACTIVELY, INTENTIONALLY, and WRONGFULLY stealing every customer who cancels a mobile order’s money!!!!!! He said his name is James; however, if he can steal, he can lie. Never again! I'm done with all McDonalds. I barely order food there anymore, anyway. I get...

This location has gone down hill. Ordered 6 Chicken Tender meal and they filled the box with chicken nuggets. After going back to the location the service was not friendly or apologetic for having to correct their error. They gave back the meal after a few minute wait. After leaving I found not 6 Chicken Tenders but 5. I paid for 6.

McDonalds really needs to increase the standards on hiring people. Counting to 6 is really not hard. Nor is looking at the difference between nuggets and tenders. There is a reason places like this are going to become more automated. Some people cannot provide a simple service while they demand more money.

Replace them all with robots for all I care - I just want my product I paid for.

It's McDonald's... you don't go here because you love yourself. You go because you may be drunk or depressed and you are craving a burger with fries and a diet drink.... maybe a shake as well........

The doors say the dinning room closes at 10pm. Why did I walk up to the door and try to enter this McDonald’s at 8:30pm and the doors were locked? Who can explain this to me? After failing to get in I went through the drive-thru and the service wasn’t bad until I had to pay. I had two orders mine and a sweet tea on the other order for a friend. I pulled up to the first window and they only had me pay for one before the person left to text on his phone so I pulled up to the second window to pay for the sweet tea and some girl named Lexi screamed “Don’t let the sweet tea leave without paying!” then Lexi walked two more feet to the window and took my friend’s card for his tea right after she shoved the poor old lady out of the way and was being extreeemly nasty with her and the older lady hadn’t done anything...
