Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Liberty Township

This location in Powell in not capable of producing a correct order! I have only ordered twice and both times it was completely wrong. The first time the manager was a very helpful gentleman! However, the “manager” named Tahlia (*sic) I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the second time was VERY unprofessional and rude. When asked to give me her bosses information I was told “I am the boss. I’m the general manager”! I find that very hard to believe!! As soon as I told her my frustration with yet another incorrect order she says, “don’t get an attitude with me I didn’t make it so it’s not my problem”! I have been to various other locations of this restaurant, but this one does not impress me at all. I walked into place to order and nobody addresses me, other customers come up in front of me to get acknowledged first. Normally when I walk in this restaurant someone acknowledges your presence. The food also just seem different then normal from other locations. I got the garlic cheese bread they gave me a tiny sauce that could barely be used for one bread let alone 3. If it had been full maybe it would have been of use. The steak stroganoff and the mac and cheese my daughter got did not nearly have barely any sauce on them. Disappointing Experience - Wrong Order

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Noodles and company restaurant. Despite specifically ordering vegetarian food, I was served non-vegetarian noodles with steak. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of attention to customer requests.

The vegetarian and tofu noodles I ordered was replaced with a meat-based alternative despite telling them 10 times that there should be no meat in it please make it vegetarian only
