I recently “re-discovered” Subway, but based on the experiences I think I’m going to “forget” about it again. If we walk in the service is slow, staff doesn’t seem to be well trained. If I order on the app the food isn’t ready when they said it would be. I ordered delivery today, one of the two sandwiches was supposed to be a footlong like it said on the receipt but it was a 6”, which is forgivable if they had a way to correct the situation…they asked if I could stop by and pickup the other half of the sandwich, but I ordered delivery and tipped well, so no, I’m not going to utilize that option. I asked for the $9.99 to simply be refunded (the entire cost of the sandwich) but after several phone calls back and forth as the staff with limited training passed requests back and forth with the owners, they settled on refunding the cost for a 6” sandwich…another phone calls confirms that they can’t do a partial refund on an app order. We settled on points totaling enough for a 6” sandwich on my next visit…which will be never. A total of 4 phone calls and a trip to Subway simply isn’t worth the reward of what I already paid them for. This particular Subway feels the same about its customers.
The $9.99 6” sub that was delivered for $8.00 including tip for the driver was delicious however!

This time around I got the displeasure of getting the staff who must not like working g at subway... I ordered online and picked up in store. Both subs were completely cold, not even sure if they toasted them. One was ordered with deluxe meat and it looks like it's about half meat, a quarter of the sandwich on the ends had no meat whatsoever... walked in to pick up the order, wasn't greeted one way or the other and the food was setting behind the counter and the worker acted as if I was inconvenience her for asking for the food... I've had good orders and service here but this was not a good experience and it seems as if management...
Read moreWent in just a few minutes ago and requested the tomatoes from the other bin (there were two bins of tomatoes), rather than from the one they were going to put on my sandwich, because the other tomatoes looked alot better. As a tomato lover, you know the difference. The OWNER REFUSED to give me the good tomatoes, stating that there's nothing wrong with the tomatoes that he was serving.
