Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Liberty

I'm just curious, does the phone number listed not work? Because I come over all of the time (never had any issues till this, today) and this time one of the drinks I got was horrible expired. I don't know if it was the milk or the mix or what.. we just grabbed coffee on our way through town so we weren't going to drive all the way back to get a new coffee today.. The drink itself was fine, but I had two issues with the place. First, the workers there made me feel awkward because no one addressed me right away. They all kept making drinks or working the drive thru while just looking up at me and not saying anything like "welcome to Caribou," or "I'll be right with you." Second, the drink was wayyyy too expensive. A simple large iced coffee with oat milk was like $7.50! That is more than an entire fast food meal. I have been to this location multiple times, it’s usually not the best but not that bad either. The last two times I was there, I had terrible experiences. The first time my breakfast sandwich was cold, ice cold in the middle & the coffee was not good at all. Second time I ordered a chocolate crossaint and I got a cookie instead & my iced vanilla latte was again not good. I will not be going back to this location again.
